I ordered and paid for garden furniture, and I received emails with the invoice and tracking number, so I was very confident that my order would arrive. However, a week after the delivery date, my emails were blocked, and I received no answer to the telephone number listed. Thankfully, my bank refunded my money. This company is the worst scammers ever; hang your heads in shame. Well, if you have a conscience

how can this company ? still be allowed to operate multiple card claims going on with banks has no one got the authority to shut this site down ?

Total scam!!! Do not be sucked in!! Just been in contact with my bank and got my money back thankfully!!

As many others have noted, this company is a complete scam. Ordered garden furniture, received confirmation email, received tracking info and order delivery date, but of course it didn’t arrive! No response to emails or phone calls.
If something seems too good to be true, then it probably is! Lesson learned, please don’t make the same mistake as me!

Total scam company!! Same as all the others,order confirmation, fake tracking details that don't change with LaserShip. AI response from 'Alice' within 6 mins of sending an email at 11pm. No response since. Luckily paid by CC and been refunded. Steer well clear!!

100% scam. Sec 75 claim. Payed thousands and all I got was a confirmation email then they disapppeared.

Not much to add from all of the other reviews this scam company they also have other sites doing the same thing so be careful, luckily I paid on my Mastercard and have received my money back.

Please don’t use this company, they are a complete scam! They were happy to take our money and did not deliver our furniture. We have no communication from them despite emails. We have luckily had our money refunded through our bank

Think the positive reviews are probably written by the scammers.
Don’t be taken in and order like we did, requested refund for non delivery and embed to cancel order and received response from Alice stated I would be refunded and apologising. Still awaiting refund so have now contacted card company 😕

Do not use. Complete scam. Goods never arrived. The courier website link does not work and snugs garden phone number is dead.

I also fell for this scam should have released when email came at 03.00 in the morning.
I had message stating furniture would be delivered and never arrived. Thankfully paid via M&S card so should get money back, but not the wasted time🤬🤬🤬🤬

Exact experience as most of the others with negative reviews. Ordered online, emails arrived, looked like being shipped from Spain, Tracking number from Lasership (never heard of them before that), tracking link doesn't work, delivery was scheduled after 15-27 days, and as per email it was 10/08. On 10/08 the link stopped working altogether. Contacted the company by email thrice, and once using the website, no response. There is no phone number which raised alarm bells. Unfortunately, I didn't do my due diligence on this company before placing the online order until I found this company is a fraudster. Fortunately I had paid using Amex, who are excellent in settling disputes. Got the money credited back straightaway. I don't mind if I receive the shipment in the future and then pay for it, otherwise, anyone reading this, please DO NOT order from this fake website.

Ordered and paid for my garden furniture but this has still not been delivered after 5 weeks even though I received an email saying it would be with me on 9th August. Have email various times and never get a response. Looks like I have lost my money.

This is a fake company. No response after 3 weeks of chasing. No furniture delivery. Reported to American Express as fraud.

Fake company, ordered and paid, no furniture ever arrived, delivery date came and went with no further communication, tracking goes nowhere and is total fabrication. Trying now to reclaim my money via the bank as many others are doing.

I have ordered furniture and paid,, sent 2 emails and submitted 2 customer requests on there website no response.

I am giving them 24 hrs to respond then I’m contacting me bank to get my money back.

I will also be reporting to fraudulently web payment to get them closed down if this is not resolved.

Fake website and company scam - tracking number provided after order does not work and email contains virus. Company address and number changed and no responses to email. Please do not purchase - classic case of prices too good to be true.

I am ashamed to admit I fell for it hook line & sinker!

This scam has cost me £900.

Scam! Our patio furniture never arrived, no contact number and no reply to emails. Tracking stopped working and now the website won’t work. We’ve lost £500 and are devestated.
