Awful quality, nothing like pics on website, face all scrunched up and just printed wonky, missed features out. Ruined my Valentine's day present for my long distance boyfriend. I contacted snugzy about getting a refund, but they wanted the rubbish pillow back, so they offered a replacement, but it's been over a month later, still nothing despite them offering to replace?
