Despite multiple attempts to make contact with ANYONE in your organization, I was unable to correct the error in shipping address. As a result, I did not receive the product I tried to order, and have disputed the charge with my credit card provider. I did not receive product, and you will not receive payment.

Unfortunately after 2 weeks my order has not shipped.

Easy to order. Good communication as to status of order and delivery. We’ve tried other products claiming removal of SO2 in wine, but this is the ONLY one that WORKS!!!

Arrived quickly and excited when it arrived because I was completely out of my SO2GO. I am glad it is an item made in USA! The products helps with my wine because I don't cough (sulfites cause coughing) when I add this to my wine!

Received the "wrong product", even though the packing slip said it was ! Used "chat" and got not response... Tried email contact on ur website TWICE, and " postmaster" said that ADDRESS DID NOT EXIST... Charge was made to my credit card for the product I ordered. Since I did not receive that product, I feel I am entitled to a REFUND or the product I ordered !!!!

I ordered 36 liquid sachets of SO2GO. I did not receive the right product. I opened it and discovered that they identified my order as liquid sachets and it was actually dry pellets of something. I had completely run out of my packets so used one of the dry packets and it destroyed my entire bottle of wine. I contacted the company several times on FB messenger and by e-mail. I also tried several times to call them. The were happy to take my money but have refused to answer any of my attempts to get resolution. This company is dishonest and not trustworthy. I will not recommend this product as it is a scam. I have used it for years in the past, however it has changed and is horrible.

This is an amazing product and I’m so happy I found you! I recommended the drops to everyone I can.

I received an order confirmation and a tracking number, but the tracking number just says the label was created. USPS has never received the package and neither have I. I have tried to call and email and have received no response.

I have used so2go for years. No flushing no headache and I can enjoy wine again. The sprays make it so easy to just pop in your purse or pocket if you are going out. Orders are processed quickly and communication is great

I gave five stars for the efficacy of the product! I brought this with me to a girls’ night out and made everyone sample. I woke the next morning to texts asking where I found it! I was a little disappointed with shipping speed so while I prefer to buy straight from you, I ordered a second batch through Amazon for the weekend!

This really works, the spray has no taste at all and I don't get headaches at all! Thank you So Much! I will be buying again!

I love this small company. I was buying the product somewhere else. The price doubled, so I looked for an alternative. Buying directly from the small business is great! Shipping time was excellent!
