No product identification. Just a clear plastic bag
Easy to order and arrived after a few days. The only problem is that there is no identification on the product. How do I know I have been sent the correct order and someone hasn't packed the wrong product??

Great customer service
Due to an error on my part Royal Mail said they wouldn’t deliver my parcel and they had to return it to sender. I emailed the company asking for them to resend it when they got it. But instead of waiting for it to return they sent out a new one straight away! This is fantastic customer service and I’ll definitely be coming back here again. The new one got delivered today and it looks great, exactly what I needed so yeah definitely 5 stars

The product was advertised as near powder and when it arrived, it looked like a bag of decorative bark for garden mulch. Not very happy as I now have to grind it into a usable grade. Edit- all issues are being rectified. Very happy with prompt response
