Very disappointed I'm waiting to say exasperate me a return After-sales service I made a purchase of more than €200 The supports do not work.
But I have to wait for an acceptance of product return.
I've been waiting for a return email for more than 10 days

Be very wary! AVOID using this company.

They sell you second hand crap that is faulty! I thought I'd give a small independent a chance. The bottles i had ordered are awful! Full of blemishes, spots and are not useful for purpose! Wasted £50, I cant use them, the same bottles were £6 each on Temu! Exactly the same bottle. Lesson learned.I would have been able to return to Temu no problem.

I couldn’t be happier with my order from this lovely company! The products are absolutely beautiful and add such an elegant touch to my storage cupboards and overall home decor. They were also incredibly responsive to my requests, and delivery was quick and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be ordering more and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and style.

I really love this business! I have their spice jars and laundry glass jars - they are the best quality. I always get compliments on how modern and sleek they look from friends & family, and I just love being able to support a small independent business. Customer service was fab too!

I ordered some bottles and the travertine trays.

One bottle was for cooking oil, which I ordered with a silver metal pump. The shop owner kindly got a metal oil pourer for me instead on hearing what the bottle was for. Unfortunately, the oil pourer is a little tricky as it does not fit so well and I have to be careful when I pick up the bottle.

My hand cream bottles came with black metal pumps but I wanted silver. These were exchanged for me, although I chose to drive over to return/ pick them up as I didn’t want to pay postage for returning the black ones and postage for the silver ones to be sent to me. The bottles and tray look great.

Absolutely love my products. Been a long time user of their products and it's so helpful to be able to customise all the labels.

Absolute SCAM of an Instagram ad. I placed my order back in March and haven’t received my entire order. I paid for expedited shipping and reached out to customer service. They sent me 1 box with 4 of my 20+ canisters paid for, 1 of which came completely shattered.

Keerthi was SO helpful and efficient, my delivery went awol, so I contacted her. Twenty-four hours later it arrived, beautifully packaged with lots of thoughtful touches. The bottles are perfect, they finish off my cloakroom with a touch of style. Thank you!

Poor customer service, I have placed my order on 20th of February and after 5 days still nothing, I cannot track my order and after emailing “support”, that’s the only way you can contact them, no answer

It is a shame that I have to write this review because the items ordered looked fantastic. I have tried on 3 occasions to contact this seller to establish when delivery would be made and have had no reply, it is for this reason I am in the process of cancelling the order

I bought tea, coffee and sugar storage jars and they are lovely. Very good quality and good price for all 3 jars. They arrived packed well with a lovely thank you card that is infused with seeds that you can water and plant. What a lovely touch. I would definitely purchase again from this company.

Lovely bathroom glassware

I wanted a set of stylish glass bottles for shampoo, hand wash, conditioner & body lotion which were environmentally friendly & could be refilled. The bottles arrived promptly, in ecologically recyclable cardboard packaging & were as simple, stylish & beautiful as I’d hoped. Very happy!

Lovely salt & pepper set. The pepper grinder had a fault & when reported a replacement was immediately sent out with an apology. I have never encountered such wonderful customer service, it makes a huge difference to online shopping where faults & returns are usually a big hassle.

I purchased the salt & pepper grinders- quick delivery and beautifully made. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy anything else from this company- thank you!

Salt and Pepper wooden grinder set. Absolutely brilliant, beautiful to hold, look at and use. Easy to order, prompt delivery, great communication. Throughly endorse this company. An extra is a card included in package embedded with seeds!

Amazing customer support. One of my metal pumps broke and I received the most amazing customer support. The two sets of bottles I have still look fantastic after 8 months and receive a lot of compliments. I will definitely buy more products and i don’t hesisate recommending the company to others.

Excellent Customer service. I accidentally selected the wrong label option for one of the jars when placing my order. I contacted customer service to ask if it could be corrected and within the hour they replied to say they would update the order no problem. I was sceptical that the labels would arrive correctly but today everything has arrived perfectly.

Another thing I loved about this company was my order was accompanied by a hand written note, written on handmade recycled paper with seeds inside, so it can be planted in the garden and flowers will grow. Such a great idea and inline with their branding.
