Great range of products. Goods received exactly as ordered. Well packed in a strong box and all the contents in good condition with no damages. All products had acceptable Best Before dates. Nothing not to like!

We are all looking forward to that coming back. Northern Monk haven’t re-brewed yet due to an equipment change hit fingers crossed fir the autumn. I highly recommend Mash Gang spiritual Journey in the meantime. It’s brewed at Northern Monk.!

We are sorry we had to substitute them and you didn’t get a chance to wait for delivery. Unfortunately we have to make a call whether to send something equally good, or delay the order; the vast majority of people
seem to prefer a timely delivery. We are particularly sensitive to this in the lead-up to big events - such as Father’s Day this weekend - as timeliness is even more important to most people.
Mix cases are a little more prone to changes to components as having everything in stock all the time is tricky, particularly as we tend to order in small batches to keep the beers as fresh as possible. Although our mix case product descriptions do warn that occasionally individual beers will get substituted, we do get that this can be frustrating.
If you want to ensure consultation before substation, can I suggest you order the beers individually rather than as a mix case. 99.9% of the time it will only let you order what’s in stock. On the rare occasion we have a discrepancy between what’s shown on the system and what exists on the shelf, we’ll get in touch to check what you’d like instead.

Tasty beers, top service
I've really enjoyed using the Sobersauce service. The selection of non-alcoholic beers is brilliant and I've discovered some really tasty beers through the build your own box option. Delivery is always quick and on or ahead of time. This has become a regular order for me now. Highly recommended.

Outstanding selection
Sobersauce offer an intriguing selection of ‘alcohol-free’ beers, with very helpful tasting notes, which haven’t let me down yet. I did find the web site difficult to navigate at first, as I was directed to subscription deals too many times. I wanted to make my own selections, as I know the sort of flavours that I prefer. The beers have been of good quality, many surprisingly difficult to recognise as ‘alcohol-free’ beer. Unfortunately, the beers are expensive, with those that are available in shops often being at least double the shop price.

*Revised* Delivery fail
UPDATED: the delivery company fail was mopped up with extreme efficiency by Adam at SoberSauce who went to great lengths to speedily resolve the issue. Most importantly I love getting this package and knowing it will always contain a surprise collection of beers I’ve never seen before! (I have not received this though the delivery says it’s been delivered. No note and no package.)
