I ordered 4 bags of the collagen powders. I have just started the second, but have decided to stop as I just cant tolerate the lumps when mixed with drink...I bought a small whisk and that does kind of work but just makes the whole thing too much of a faff. I emailed customer services to ask how to return 2 unopened bags for a refund...well within 90 days. No response. Def would not reccommend

Awful customer service. My first order arrived torn so I contacted them (five times) asking what I was supposed to do. To date, I have still not received a reply. Very disappointing as this product was recommended to me but the only advice I can pass on is to stay away from this company.

I used Peptigen + for just over a year, around four or five years ago. I stopped taking it because I didn't think at the time that I was getting any benefit from it....I was wrong. I can honestly say now that it definitely did improve my hair and nails, it stopped my niggling joint pains and the skin on my normally dry legs was hydrated and smooth (this was my biggest improvement as dry skin on my legs has always been a problem for me). When I stopped using it, I didn't take any other supplement for about 6mths which is how I know it worked for me. Why not go back? In hindsight, I should have I suppose but as always with me, I was chasing shadows, looking for the next best thing, the latest trend, that miracle product that was going to knock years off. (I know now that they don't exist unfortunately but I can enhance what I have left). I have tried various other brands over the last few years, both budget and more pricey, giving each a fair shot. I have had some possitive results with all in varying degrees but none of them have significantly improved the skin on my legs, which does seem an odd area to focus on I know but that was where I noticed the most significant change with Peptigen +. Anyway, I am now seriously considering going back to Peptigen + as it seems to have given me better results than any of the others I've tried.

I ordered a week ago and didn't receive so sent a polite email chasing. Had a standard reply but no response about where my order was.

You can't speak to anyone, and have escalated several times.

I won't be shopping with Sobody anymore. I hope I get a refund soon and a response.

I opened my bag of collagen to find a dehydrated insect inside. I took pictures as I had vomited with the absolute boak. They sent me another pkt which I did not really want after that! They thought this was enough, stating via email that they refuse liability even trying to blame me for the insect saying it could not have came from their lab. I was really upset with this attitude from them as I had been a good customer for years. Since then I have stopped buying from them.

I can’t comment on the quality of the product itself as I have purchased but couldn’t try it for obvious reasons. Bought a product in good faith but didn’t open it until 3 months later as it was a gift. I then noticed that the expiry date was within a maximum 3 months which i found below standards for such a large item (20 meals). I asked for a replacement as the pack was unopened. They emailed me back saying that their products “ have a minimum of 40 days before they expire”. That gives me no confidence in the product. Be warned to purchase and consume within a month or lose your money!
