The coaches were outstanding and good quality of drills was set out today during the assessment. I enjoyed the drills and the games that I was put in and saw the purpose of why we were doing them.

Shocking customer service
They do not care about your Childs interests, all about making money, will not reply to emails and not all staff give the same answers to questions. do not give them any of your money as if there are any issues they will not return it.

Firstly, we certainly do care about every individual we deal with. I have spoken with various members of the team who have responded to your emails, and answered calls, with regards to your refund request.
When we initially spoke with Ryan, he was very enthusiastic about this pathway, and we were delighted to see he then booked onto our upcoming London event. We were surprised he changed his mind, but our refund policy is very clear across our website, which has already been shared with you directly.
As outlined on our trial website pages, we do not offer any refunds for the trial days, however, players can be moved to a future trial date given notice is more than 48 hours before the trial booked - which we offered.

The hole event was great the…
The hole event was great the information was well delivered and they made sure to keep us involved. Staff was excellent good coaches and good drills overall also it was easy to talk to the other people on the trial as you all had no prior relations and were all in the same position. However my only criticism is that in my opinion the trials were to short and didn’t allow players to show case there full potential. With that all aside though I had a great time and enjoyed the experience

Soccer Assist assisted greatly my son…
Soccer Assist assisted greatly my son to join to a community college in the US and fulfill his dreams and play in a college soccer league. I wholeheartedly recommend them should you have a child who wants to be a student athlete in the USA and needs professional support to navigate through the lengthy and often difficult process.
