Poor customer service
Order shipped 24th Nov on Royal Mail 48hr service arrived 7th Dec. Obviously using Royal Mail is a lottery but response from Sock Vault when I asked whether they had any idea of how long it might take was very dismissive. As far as they were concerned they'd shipped it and washed their hands of it. Felt that they were completely uninterested once they'd been paid and were trying to avoid having to deal with returns for items not arriving in time.

Great site
Great site, lots of fun designs to choose from. Parcel arrived in good time, just over a week despite royal mail strikes. Really happy with my order.
The only thing that was a bit annoying is that I couldn't filter by size when picking out items. The recipient has big feet so not everything was available in his size. Still plenty to choose from, just would have been easier filtered to only what I could get for him.

Royal mail issues led to product not being delivered. Communications were speedy and extra postage paid for quick delivery refunded immediately. Product is of great quality
