Expensive but arrived quickly & as described
Items ordered arrived quickly. Good quality. Price was more than I would usually pay for socks. I won’t be buying these regularly. It was just wording on socks worked well for a friends Xmas gift.

Swift, friendly, helpful customer service
I received amazing customer service. I left my sister's birthday present to the last minute. As soon as I placed my order, I sent a message requesting them to include a note wishing my sister a happy birthday. I also asked if they could get the present to arrive on my sister's birthday.
I heard back from them within 10 minutes of placing my order. And guess what! My sister received the gift on the morning of her birthday. She was super chuffed and so was I.
Highly recommend.

I purchased a pair of socks for my…husband
I purchased a pair of socks for my husband in his size, which I double-checked on the website. When they arrived, he tried them on to discover they were way too large. I asked to exchange the pair for a smaller size but was informed that they didn't come in a smaller size. I then followed this with a request for a refund, but I was also told that because he tried them on they were not eligible for refund. Instead I was given a 30% discount on my next pair of socks to placate me. Please.
Save yourself 10 pounds and purchase your socks somewhere else.

Thanks for fun socks. There was some variation in sizes when they arrived- I don’t think one pair will fit my adult son, will keep them for myself!!
