If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered their lace jumpsuit and was super impressed with the length, as I am 6ft and the item did fit at the leg! Unfortunately there's was a massive hole on the seam. I returned it thinking a faulty refund wouldn't much hassle, only for Sodah to respond saying the item isn't faulty and is still in sellable condition and they could only offer a store credit. Sodah are actively defying consumer law so they can hold on to every last penny they receive. Brokeys! Thank god I used my credit card for payment as I returned the jumpsuit back in Feb and I still havent received a refund or store credit so will be requesting a charge back 😊. Sodah is TRASH! Please avoid them at all costs. There are better brands out there with much better quality clothing.

Terrible

Terrible. Ordered a jumpsuit that came out bigger than my actual size. The leg length was for a 8 ft person. The quality was terrible clearly from china made for £5. I got the same version but better quality on ego for £30. So they charged me 3 times the price. They won’t give me money back, therefore im taking legal action. Really annoyed me as they did nothing to help me and just basically scammed.

Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.

I ordered clothing for my girlfriend for a short holiday. The items did not fit, so we did exactly what any reasonable customer would do — we contacted Sodah immediately, followed their process, and returned the items.

Despite this, Sodah later claimed the clothes were “washed” and had a “noticeable scent”, which is completely untrue. This allegation feels like a convenient excuse to avoid issuing refunds, especially after reading many similar reviews from other customers saying the same thing.

What makes this worse is that they then stated the items were “disposed of” and could not be returned, even when I asked for them back so they could be given away. So not only do you lose your money, you also lose the products — with no proof provided, no photos, no transparency, and no meaningful escalation process.

Customer service is dismissive and patronising, hiding behind policy rather than dealing with the situation fairly. The tone is friendly on the surface but offers zero real resolution.

This isn’t about the value of the order — it’s about principle. If I’d read the reviews beforehand, I would never have ordered. Sadly, it appears this is a pattern, not a one-off.

Avoid ordering unless you’re 100% certain you’ll never need to return anything. I won’t be shopping here again.

Wish I read the reviews before buying

Wish I read the reviews before buying. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. Product did not fit in the right places at all, and when I tried to return it they offered store credit only. I disputed it with American Express who also wouldn’t return money to original payment method as Sodah had applied store credit to my account. I do not want to purchase from this brand again but feels like I’m being forced to with store credit. Will also be reporting the company and writing to a consumer journalist about small brands like this not providing fair trade.

Extremely Poor Service – Misleading Communication and No Dispatch

My experience with this company has been nothing short of disgraceful. I placed my order on 28th November, and despite their own stated delivery timeframe of 2–3 working days, nothing arrived and worse, I received no meaningful updates forcing me to reach out and find out what was happening.

I first contacted them on 2nd December, giving them grace because of Black Friday. Instead of transparency, I received excuse after excuse, each one contradicting the last.

They told me the items were in stock.
Then said dispatch would resume Monday.
Then said my order WAS included in Monday’s dispatch.
Then said it WAS included in Tuesday’s dispatch.

Yet by Thursday, I still had no dispatch confirmation and no tracking because the stock was apparently never in the warehouse at all.

These statements cannot all be true. At least one of them is a lie, and the company refused to take accountability for repeatedly misleading me.

To make matters worse they confirmed I was entitled to a refund for the shipping fee due to delays but they never issued it. They kept pushing back dispatch dates, even after I clearly told them I needed the items by a certain time.

When I finally asked for a full refund, they suddenly claimed half the items were still not available completely contradicting what they had previously stated.

This company gave false dispatch claims, false stock confirmations, and consistently avoided taking responsibility. By the time I demanded a refund, they had wasted nearly two weeks of my time with empty promises, inaccurate information, and constant backtracking.

I will be escalating this with my bank due to the unacceptable handling of my order and the misleading communication.

Avoid this company at all costs if you actually want to receive items you have paid for.

Ignoring Consumers Rights

Ordered a jumpsuit, item arrived eventually it took over a week to come, tried the outfit on, it was incredibly long, I rarely have this problem as I’m 5ft 7 and wearing heels

The label also detached itself from the garment, so the tag fell off, so be mindful of the quality

Went to return to noticed “store credit only”, I hate that this company believes they can ignore basic consumer rights, I find that extremely unethical,

I have wrote 3 stars, as when I mentioned my consumer rights they were prompt in offering my refund and the costumer service was polite, however I will not shop from this company again, as I believe they are trying to scam their consumers out of their rights, just screams greed

Avoid – Company refuses to honour consumer rights

I would strongly advise against shopping with this company.

I returned an item in line with their stated policy and UK consumer law, only to be told that I would not receive a refund to my original payment method. Instead, they insist on issuing store credit only, valid for 12 months. This is not compliant with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which state that customers are legally entitled to refunds to the original payment method (unless you agree otherwise).

I raised this with them, but they continued to hide behind their policy rather than follow the law. This means if you change your mind or receive an unsuitable item, you risk being stuck with store credit you may not even want to use.

This isn’t just poor customer service – it’s unfair and misleading. I’ll be escalating this further through consumer protection channels, but I wanted to warn other shoppers in the meantime.

There are plenty of retailers who respect their customers and follow the law. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.

Abysmal store credit processing

I placed an order back in July and it arrived fine however I knew if I were to return anything it would be store credit I get back which I am perfectly fine with as I wanted to exchange but got no reply. I just wanted the same item in a different size and another colour.

I returned my order and confirmed with them that it was received and that I would be notified of it being added to my account. Two weeks on I heard nothing and had to get into contact with them again. They finally replied to me that the store credit had come onto my account which was now about a month after initially returning which is absolutely ridiculous.

When the item I wanted to get came back in stock I couldn’t get it despite contacting the customer service and I was told it was on my account even though it wasn’t and I sent photos of what I can see. It eventually went out of stock but I asked them to verify it actually went on my account as the next time I went to place the order I didn’t want to be in the same position.

We’re now two months on ( initial order placed in July) and I’ve finally gotten a notification that it was back in stock and when following their instructions I am still unable to use this supposed store credit that is available on my account. I contacted their customer service again about this issue to which I got a reply and responded straight away and I’ve heard nothing back. The process is absolutely abysmal and honestly I would not have placed an order in the first place had I known it would be like this.

absolute scam of a company

absolute scam of a company, returned my items and didn’t get a refund for over a month. when i reached out they lied and said the items had makeup on it and smelled of smoke, mind you, i don’t even wear makeup and i have never smoked. I asked for proof of this ‘makeup stains’ with 0 response. Save your money and shop with MarsTheLabel instead 10/10 quality and amazing customer service.

been wanting one of their dresses for a while since discovering them on insta. was a bit skeptical about reviews and sizing but everything about my experience was amazing. dress was exactly as ordered, fit perfectly, delivery and tracking was easy and quick. absolutely amazing. glad i took the risk 💘

Absolutely shocking experience

Absolutely shocking experience, please do not order from this website.

I placed an order on 26/06/25 for next day delivery. It is now 10/07/25 and at this point I will be reporting the transaction to my bank.

I contacted Sodah multiple times regarding the whereabouts of my order and after much back and forth, they advised there was s dispatch issue on their end, apologised and advised a new order would be sent.

Like an idiot Ive been tracking the order with the “new” details provided to no avail.

Upon closer inspection, Sodah just resent the original tracking number from the first order so a new item was never sent!

Absolute scam and waste of £65!

Update: despite sending them emails advising that the order number and tracking are the SAME as the first original order, they have said i have selected the post office option for collection. This doesn’t matter because the tracking details are from the original missing order!

Exhausting.

This was my first purchase from this brand and I had to ask to amend my shipping details. Not only was this resolved within 5 minutes of my query, but Janine was also so lovely in her response and I will most certainly be buying from this brand again!!

PAY WITH PAYPAL. It’s illegal to deny a full refund

Please note it’s illegal for them to withhold full refunds.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, also known as the Distance Selling Regulations, consumers are entitled to a full refund (not store credit) when returning an item within 14 days of receipt, regardless of a retailer’s individual policy. While businesses can set their own terms for returns beyond this period, they cannot override the legal requirement to issue a full refund for timely returns.

They will continue to fight it but if you were to escalate in court for example they would loose because you can’t deny a refund for an item you’ve never seen before. Always pay via PayPal as under this law, PayPal will refund you.

Ultimately it’s quite a disgusting practise to refuse people refunds. Nobody buys clothes with the intention of refunding it but sometimes things don’t work out and if the client did not shop with credit, then they shouldn’t be refunded with credit.

I wish this company and their dishonest practises the very worst because evidently greed is way more important than the customer experience.

Good outfits, check policy BEFORE you order.

I’ve ordered from Sodah 3 times, 3rd order on the way. Before my first order, I was sceptical. I’d read the bad comments and reviews. It was a friend that said she had not had issues with Sodah and liked their clothes that persuaded me to give them a try. I’m glad I did.
I receive my orders within 3 working days (I’m based in London). Correct orders received.
The sizing has been hit and miss for me. They need to provide more useful info/measurements for their sizes.
I had to return parts of my 2nd order due to sizing and quality issues.
It clearly says under the “returns” page that they do not return funds, they issue credit. It says it there. So I don’t know why people are complaining about that. I looked up their return policy before making any orders.
I knew I’d get a credit and was fine with that. I wasn’t fine with it taking 2 weeks for the credit to be issued, that needs to be improved too.
I LOVE the outfits I have kept. Very cute and original.
I will order again, waiting for restock of bikinis.

Poor Quality Clothing and Store Credit Refunds

Quality of clothes is very poor and only refund in store credit, which is not advised when you are making the return. They know they use cheap materials to make the clothes and would make no profit if they issued refunds to the orignal payment methods. Unfortunately, I will have to make another purchase as I have already wasted my money on this whack company.

Never again will i buy from Sodah brand! spent over £100. return items within days and the gave me a store credit instead of paying me back! when you purchase items, it doesnt say store credit, you only see the details under the returns policy. this is a rip off company. i will fight to get my money back! who in their right would check a returns policy before a purchase! disgusting company!
