I have been a customer with SoFab for around 6 months now, buying through their live selling platforms on TikTok and Tilt. Having spent £1000s with them, I have had zero issues regarding item quality, delivery or customer service - perfect on every front.

If you’re looking for anything sport related please check them out. Not only for incredible prices and great customer service, but to improve employability of people within their local community and too giving back to local charities and organisations.

Ordered a mystery box. Item arrived with clear printing issue. Emailed them but didn’t get a response.

Poor service, which is a shame as a local company wanted to support them.

Updated: they have come back to me and offered a partial refund that I accepted which was generous. Although frustrating and the initial contact was not as fast the final resolution was good.

I have ordered football shirts from them twice through EBay, and both times great experience.

1) 18 July - Guro REITEN 23/24 Chelsea away shirt with cup font for only £42.49. Such an amazing shirt and I love they do cup fonts, not just league fonts.

2) 31 January - Erin Cuthbert 19/20 Chelsea away shirt with cup font for only £29.58. Small stain not mentioned in product description but it is barely noticeable. I don’t mind given it’s got a player on the back and is an older shirt.

Overall, had amazing experiences! Fast shipping, cheap prices and no complaints

This company not only have a great company ethos (check the website) but customer service is second to none. I’ve had 50+ items from these guys and everyone has been spot on, and have purchased direct, eBay and tilt.

I use this company religiously via tilt and eBay I have never had any problems the lads and ladies are great people there happy to help in any way possible I have ordered a few hundred items of sofab if you listen at point of sale there is no issues iv noticed people buy don't listen to the description and then blame you guys for it not being correct or what they ordered iv never had a problem with anything iv ordered 5 stars guys thanks so much cybergypsy

Ordered multiple times from sofab. Always as described ,well packaged and fast delivery.

Purchased many items from SOFAB never had any issues always rapid delivery and bargain prices will continue to use 👌👍

Wrong item sent as the item id order was out of stock. Rather than let me know of cancelling the order, an item was sent to not “disappoint me”.

When I asked for a postage paid label to return the item I was told I needed to pay the postage.

Contacted them days after an order to say that there were marks on the top - the top itself is class BTW, the marks not to so much! Anyway, emails back and forth and eventually got a reply stating that seeing as I’m now passed the 60 Day Exchange limit that they’ll not do anything! Had been ‘bigging up’ this company to Family and Friends but won’t use again! Avoid!

Ordered two gymshark items in separate transactions, both at great prices, and both with really quick delivery using yodel, far preferable to Royal Mail in my area, so I thank them for that! Can’t fault them!
