The quality of the sofa is awful, had for half a year and the fabric has faded and gone black. The sofa its self and sides are rock hard. When delivered the feet of the sofa was mixed of black and silver ones. To replace this they took it off the next customers sofa. Would not reccomend

Avoid been blocked haven't sorted out my sofa that's still broke haven't sorted ignored messages on paid £700 worst quality does not last 5 months WhatsApp

Customer service on Facebook was A++++every question asked was answered in a timely frame. Not sure who I spoke to but they were always friendly. I must say the pictures and videos on fcebook don't do the sofas justice I received mines on the 21 February and I was beyond impressed the sofa are well built and stunning. You won't be disappointed. The delivery guys were very friendly as well I'll rate my experience A++++. Sofa materials are beautiful cushions are firm and soft in the right places and affordable price. An extremely happy customer!

Iv read some negative reviews on this company and i can only write from my own experience. I recently purchased a beautiful sofa and chair, from ordering to delivery was 5 days! Wow.. fantastic communication through the entire process. Furniture was so nice that I ordered the second chair! However a few days after delivery I noticed a upholstery defect to sofa arm, so I contacted them, via email, website and also WhatsApp. I know they are an extremely busy company but a week later they responded and arranged immediate pick up of sofa the very next day for repair. Again from pick up, repair and redelivery was 5 days. Was kept updated during the process.
I truly cannot fault this company at all and even the couriers were friendly and helpful in placing items just where I wanted them. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again and have recommended them to all my friends and family.
You do have to dispose of wrapping yourself which wasn't an issue to me as the service has just been such a good experience. Thankyou Sofa Empire.

At first I worried is it legit, i ordered and it was delivered within a week, this is now 2 weeks later and corner unit looks good, feels more solid than my last one which I bought from house of Fraser, im really happy with it i bought scatter back version, i am going to go visit company and see what it would cost for full back cushions so i can mix it up, yes im very happy and would recomend, a third of the price of my last one and stronger

Im always a bit iffy buying from companies on Facebook but these guys have been amazing since 1st point of contact. So helpful back and forward with messages helping me pick my sofa.
Never once pushed for the sale. I spoke with them about a month ago then put myself off because it's on Facebook, not once did they contact me pushing for the sale. I then contacted them again.
Ordered my sofa on Saturday and had it the following Friday.
Paid a small deposit and the rest in cash on delivery.
Sofa is absolutely beautiful and fits perfectly.
The delivery guys we lovely too. They confirmed a delivery slot the day before and then called me whe they were 15mins away.
Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Perfect sofa!! i was so worried ordering as i was scammed in the past from another sofa place, my friend recommended here so i thought why not!!! i am very impressed with my sofa, its such a beautiful sofa and amazing quality! im really really happy with it, i had a corner sofa with a chair and extra cushions! thank you!

This is a review for sofa empire ltd on Facebook. I bought my second sofa from them 3 months ago. There was an issue with the ordering of material so delivery was delayed which was fine. I got my sofa and was happy with it until I noticed the foot was broken so contacted them and they sent another one out. 3 months down the line my sofa is an absolute mess! The material they have used is NOT chenille, it has went all furry and bobbly, it’s ripped in the corner and has no fire safety labels on it!! I contacted them on Facebook asking if someone could contact me regarding this and if there is a warranty on the sofas and I’ve been blocked! I have no way to contact them now so have no choice but to go to trading standards. Found it a bit suspicious that they took photos of my drivers licence when they delivered the sofa also! I bought this on finance they have got their money and this is why they have now blocked me!
The sofa should not be fraying like this after 3 months. If I don’t get contacted within 7 days I am going to trading standards to get them to sort this out!!!
My advice to anyone is to stay away from them! If anything goes wrong you will not get a reply only blocked from them!! Disgusting way to treat customers!!

Absolute rubbish company delivered half off my sofa on weds advised the rest would come yesterday nobody turned up for them to text at 10pm last night asking to deliver at 5am this morning , delivery men have bad manners never would I use this company again and Monday morning il seek legal action

Fast free delivery. Quality sofa and amazing value for money. The delivery driver informed me an hour before my sofa arrived, they were polite and professional. Definitely would recommend.

Easy ordering, lots of colours to choose from.

I was let down by another company but sofa empire promised they could do a certain date for Me and they kept to their promise. They sent a time slot and then a further call when they was half hour away. The delivery drivers carried it in for us too.

Recently we purchased a sofa from sofa empire via Facebook. Having sent a few messages trying to decide type of corner sofa and colour these guys were really quick to respond and helpful in deciding.

A small deposit was paid and delivery date selected. However a couple of days later we recieved a phone call to state that due to material not arriving they had to push back our del very by 4days. The gentleman on the phone was really apologetic and arranged a new date.

On the say of delivery I recieved a phone call 15mins before arriving. Both delivery men carried it in the living room and helped to remove the plastic before helping slot the sofa together.

Both were polite and helpful.

Overall experience the team are very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Even with the delay they were very quick to contact us to state the issue and next delivery date.

We are really happy with our sofa and would 100% recommend this company to friends and family

Ordered a sofa from here on the wednesday night, i had the delivery by saturday morning at 9am. The two delivery guys were very helpful as got the sofa indoors for myself and made sure colour and style was correct. The service and communication is amazing! The sofa itself is gorgeous!! Would 100% recommend and use again.

Amazing service, ordered on a Wednesdays and it was delivered the Friday! I raised concerns about where I live and the size of the front door but nothing was an issue for the delivery men, they were very polite and manage to get the sofa in without any damage
