Sofology - Belfast Avis 

Recently ordered a leather corner sofa and there was a bit of a hitch with e mail but it was all sorted out and everyone was very helpful and Aaron who sold us the sofa was very professional and knowledgeable and really helpful. Now looking forward to our new sofa!

Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable but most importantly, not pushy!

I am extremely disappointed by the way this business has dealt with serious concerns I raised regarding the treatment of women by members of its staff.

From my own experience and from situations I personally witnessed, I became concerned about behavior that I found inappropriate, manipulative, and deeply uncomfortable. What was even more concerning was the apparent absence of any meaningful response after these issues were brought to the attention of the business.

I believe a company should have clear standards when concerns of this nature are raised and should take appropriate steps to investigate them. Simply allowing the situation to continue without addressing the underlying concerns does not give customers or employees much confidence.

This experience has seriously affected my opinion of the business, and I believe these matters should be handled with considerably more responsibility and transparency.

Customer service was excellent.
We dealt with Teresa who was professional yet friendly and explained the details of our order going forward.
We left the store confident with our purchase and look forward to receiving our new sofa.

I had such a positive experience with Teresa at Sofology. From the moment I came into the store, she was incredibly kind, helpful and took the time to listen to what I was looking for.

I was looking for a bit of creative guidance as I wanted to pair a dark leather sofa with a love seat in a different fabric. Teresa was brilliant at helping me bring the whole idea together. She helped me measure out the sofa so I could properly visualise how it would work in our room. She talked me through different fabrics and colours that would complement both the leather sofa and the paint colours we’re using throughout the space.

With her help, I ended up choosing from the Albie range - A three seater and a love seat that works beautifully. She really understood the look I was trying to achieve and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable without making me feel rushed or pressured.

I am now so excited for my new furniture to arrive. Teresa was fantastic from start to finish and absolutely deserves the recognition. Thank you so much!

Only way I can describe this is an absolute shit show. Salesman (Barry from Belfast store) at point of sale said that payment can be made in full OR on finance, we booked our delivery for 21st September and they then wanted the full payment up front.. so I then phoned the guy at the store to arrange the finance, he filled the application in incorrectly which resulted in our sofa delivery being cancelled. To save further hassle, I then made the payment in full but was told I couldn’t have the delivery until 31st August, meaning we had no use of our living room due to the incompetence of the staff I have dealt with. The complaint handler (believe his name was Ian) ended up getting it delivered on 28th. Will never be ordering any products from Sofology again.

Staff were excellent and did not push sales. Allowed me to freely check out the whole store and were there when I needed questions answered. Staff so well trained that there wasn’t a question they couldn’t answer. Store felt homely and plenty of room to view all items. Once I’d make my decision, my new corner suite was purchased with ease and on 0% finance meaning I could get the best quality suite at a very affordable monthly price.

I was greet courteously, given time to walk around the showroom - no hard sell! Then when I was ready, the member of staff, Teresa, answered my questions, discussed with me my needs, and took time. I was very impressed and as a result made a purchase.

Customer service was 2nd to none as soon as I walked through the doors. Aaron dealt with us, we weren't sure what sofa to pick so we went away and came back the following day. Then we dealt with Teresa, she was fab and knew her knowledge! Nothing was a trouble and she took her time with us. I then ordered my corner sofa. I had to change the colour & fabric on the sofa. I had to go up to the shop to do this, this time I dealt with Matthew. Again he was very understanding & helpful. These 3 members of staff should get recognised for all of their great efforts and helping me pick my new sofa. Im one happy Customer 😊

Great experience at Sofology Barry in the Belfast store was so easy to chat with and very knowledgeable. Store was well laid out and gave us a good opportunity to make sure we had made the right choice.

Teresa was very helpful in directing us to the appropriate sofas that met our requirements. At no time did we ever feel pressurised, in fact she deserves a medal for being so patient with us! It took 3 visits to the store for us to make our final decision! She is a credit to your company.

The staff were helpful we told them what we needed and they listened to us it was a stessless buy and we came away happy with our purchase thank you james
