Great experience…

Great experience throughout with very welcoming staff! Damian dealt with us weekly as we shopped around and helped us with coming to a decision and Soraya was also very helpful when finally taking the plunge and purchasing our new sofa!

Poor delivery service

I ordered a wide footstool, the delivery email said they would deliver it to the room it was going in, unpack and take the packaging away. It was a heavy 2 person delivery as indicated on the outside. The delivery driver rang the bell, my son answered, he stood it up on the porch, took a photo and left leaving it for my son to bring in on his own. He said the driver was a little bit abrupt. First time using Sofology and will be the last. Went on live chat and the operator said 'did he ask him to bring it in' lol, no because he'd gone before he realised he was leaving it there!

The customer service provided by Damian was consistent and great! My husband could chat away with him for hours!

Clips not on the extra seat bought…

Clips not on the extra seat bought which meant I haven’t been able to utilise the sofa to its full potential for 3 weeks now waiting. Also there was one of the feet broken on the chair.
Highly disappointing when I have paid a lot of money for it and had to wait 6 weeks for it

The staff were friendly and welcoming

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The sales assistant was very polite and patient. She took me to try out many sofas and talked me through every stage of my purchase.

I couldn't leave zero stars unfortunately.

Unfortunately I couldn't leave zero stars. I waited 14 weeks for my corner sofa to be delivered. I paid £5000 for it. And it was delivered today but with a seat and back completely missing. They said it would be delivered this afternoon. I didn't hear from them so I went on chat to be told it would not be here today, it presently cannot be located. Then Katie just totally ignored my next question and I waited 50 minutes but she didn't come back on chat !! It's absolutely disgraceful behaviour!!! BUY ELSEWHERE!!
