We ordered two sofas from Bristol depot on 25th September, one from their clearance and one that was being made but guaranteed for delivery before Christmas. On their portal, the clearance one was showing as ready on 9th October and the other as 11th December, but when I chased them (because nobody bothered to contact me) the clearance one had been at their despatch depot for two days but would not be delivered until 14th October and when I asked about the other one was told it was due 19th February despite the guarantee. I contacted the Bristol store who, apparently, cannot do anything about this, despite the fact that they were STILL guaranteeing pre Christmas deliveries up until two days ago.
So despite spending thousands of pounds on the sofas, and being promised the world, the reality is that they are liars and will deliver whenever they feel like it despite any promises or guarantees. Let’s hope the quality of their sofas is better than the quality of their customer service and empty promises. I really regret buying from them and don’t think I will be doing so ever again

We weren’t pounced on as soon as we entered the store (always annoying) but left to browse. When we wanted help it was there, and we were taken through the purchase easily and courteously-a good experience. .

Good customer service , was able to look around without being pressured by salesmen, when you needed help it was easy to call someone over to help, and matt was very helpful to us and patient.

After visiting a number of sofa outlets we had borderline given up as we couldn't find anyting modern, different, designed, the places we had been in everything looked the same or was tacky and favoring electric relining over style. We found a sofa online and realised it was from Sofology and they had a Bristol store. I called to ask if what I wanted was in the showroom and it was and it was even in the right colour. We visited on a Saturday, with traffic we only arrived 30 minutes before closing, I found the showroom very inspiring, lots of modern designs, the sofa we actually wanted was perfect. What I liked the most was the staff left us alone, said hello and then said if you want me I am around, didn't keep pressing questions about what we were looking for etc. Even though the store had officially closed at 6 the chap stayed on and we done a deal on that sofa, another from the range and took the foot stall too. A great find, will be my first choice for the next time. (well subject to it actually arriving of course!!)

Completely stress free, chose the recliner, chose the fabric, paid in full, very quick. Victor was great. Can’t wait to get the chair !!!
