Sales assistant was pushy and didn't…
Sales assistant was pushy and didn't listen completely to my housing situation so then questioned me a lot which felt uncomfortable. I had been to a different store twice previously and saw a sofa I loved so still went ahead with purchase as I wanted to get it ordered ready for my new home without delay as I'm on a tight schedule and this was the closest store at the time.

Jess is amazing!!
Myself and my boyfriend were guided through the sofa buying experience by Jess.. we visited the store twice, after the first visit she emailed me to follow up which I really appreciated it. She went above and beyond to help us pick the perfect sofa for our home, answering all our questions no matter how silly they seemed… she was warm and welcoming from the start - 10/10 customer experience, I’ve recommended friends to go the Cannock store and ask for Jess :)
