Sofology - Cardiff Avis

Beautiful showroom, the young lady who dealt with us was friendly, polite and very helpful

Great service, friendly and informative staff.

So much choice! Such great quality! We found the staff friendly, knowledgeable about their products and really helpful in our decision making. Pamela and Aggy were lovely! Now waiting to take delivery of our purchase and super excited :)

Leigh was very helpful. Very efficient and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him when I asked him to show the different styles of mattresses. I can't wait for my lovely new sofa bed to arrive.

Excellent customer service from Leigh at the Cardiff store.
Ample choice of good quality sofas

Camila made our experience a breeze she was so welcoming, friendly professional and helpful made placing our order simple and very informative would highly recommend

We were advised by Leigh Mitchell. He is very helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble. He quickly understood our requirements but then suggested we wander the store until we found suitable furniture. Once we had made our decision to choose "Ripley" he explained everything clearly regarding delivery and delivery times

Great friendly staff, made us feel welcome. Leigh was extremely helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff with no hard selling, very relaxed.

Great customer service and product knowledge from Leigh all other staff we interacted with were also very nice.

We felt really comfortable walking around the showroom. The showroom looked stunning. Staff were lovely. We chose our final sofa with Leigh who was amazing. He really listened to all our requirements and helped us find the best sofa to suit our home layout. I would definitely recommend this showroom to my friends and family.

Great experience and value for money purchase.Few days ago I visited Sofology Cardiff as I checked online before my visit for some “sales”.
Arrived there and the member of staff who assisted me was Anto F.
She was helpful and listened my needs for colours ,materials ,measurements, budget and use of the furnitures.
We discussed a few options as I don’t want to get confused and take a wrong decision. Next day,I returned back in the store, picked up the one I fall in love and complete my purchase.
The whole team was very friendly and approachable, warm welcome from all Jake,Eva and Anto.
Highly recommend to al!
Thank you for time and your customer service.

Went to sofology in Cardiff today looking for a new suite for the living room and walked out less than an hour later completely satisfied with our purchase of a 3 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa and a large footstool. Dealt with a lovely lad called Jake who was not only totally professional and attentive but managed to answer all our questions with patience and good humour. Thank you Jake and Ava for her IT skills. Plenty of choice in styles and colours and it really felt like time well spent. Would highly recommend.

Sales assistant was a great help and gave a lot of useful tips to keep the sofa in good condition

Stunning choices available, Jake was fantastic, he was so helpful and kind and really took the time to explain everything. would highly recommend. Thank you
