Great experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left! Dealt with Leigh who was a joy from the very first moment -really helpful, friendly, professional, really knew his stuff and the whole process of ordering was seamless. Fabulous range of sofas - I had previously browsed online so walked in pretty much knowing which one I liked best. Highly recommend.

Good selection of sofas. Absolutely no pressure and no one following you around, allowing you to thoroughly check out each sofa and come to our own decision. The assistant was extremely helpful letting me have swatches to take home. Once decided the assistant explained the process very well. So far so good.

Terrible service - paid for a sofa in October 25 expected delivery jan 17th have moved the date three times and still no expected date - they won’t refund us - told us we need to pay £900 to cancel - they have had our money for over 4 months and no sofa in sight and won’t give us a penny back

Brilliant service

We liked the layout of the store but more importantly, Phillip who dealt with our order was extremely pleasant and easy to chat to. He was very knowledge regarding the products in store, a credit to Sofology!

Great choice of sofas and excellent customer service from the minute we stepped inside the door. Antonella was very attentive but also gave us time and space to look around by ourselves. She was knowledgeable and friendly and gave excellent advice when choosing our sofa. Overall a great experience.
