Sofology - Cardiff Avis 2 420

Went to sofology in Cardiff today looking for a new suite for the living room and walked out less than an hour later completely satisfied with our purchase of a 3 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa and a large footstool. Dealt with a lovely lad called Jake who was not only totally professional and attentive but managed to answer all our questions with patience and good humour. Thank you Jake and Ava for her IT skills. Plenty of choice in styles and colours and it really felt like time well spent. Would highly recommend.

Delivery charge was added after being told it would be free if I purchased the sofa in the shop.
So after the purchase of over four thousand pounds in the shop- delivery charges were still added!

The chap who served us was brilliant (Phillip) - helpful and attentive without being over powering. Very informative and covered off everything we needed to discuss before we signed on the dotted line.

Phil was excellent, we came down last weekend to look at sofa’s and ended up going for a completely different sofa than we originally planned. Talked through with us in detail, had so much patience and really good with the kids giving them colouring sheets etc to keep them entertained.
Lovely in the shop overall, such a good range of sofa’s. Answered every question I had (a lot) nothing was to much trouble for him. Thank you so much!!

It was very refreshing to be welcomed by Jake, given general information about options etc and then be left alone to look around without being followed or pressured by sales people.
