The help was there as soon as we entered the store we were offered coffee and all the advice we needed after picking the chair we wanted we were advised to look around to make that was the only one for us great service

I wanted to order today
I wanted to order today, I thought I knew what I wanted the sales person Toby was very knowledgeable & pointed several things I had not thought off. Was not push, time to think & reflect & with a coffee. Thank you a pleasant experience & I have ordered. Looking forward to receiving in 6weeks give or take.

We found the shopping experience at Sofology very good. Staff were very obliging and helpful without being in the slightest bit pushy. Liam spent a lot of time guiding us with our purchase - his help was invaluable!
