With a very pleased with the service that we received at the Coventry showroom. Many options were discussed and we were able to come to the best conclusion. It is our second purchase from this company as we were very satisfied with the first one. We’re looking forward to receiving our sofa in August.

Our experience at Solihull the previous weekend was as different as night is day, they were underwhelming and unhelpful. Basically they couldn’t be bothered….told us to just sign up to the website to place an order, no explanation about guarantees, cleaning, warranty etc. I’m glad we left and found Wendy @ Coventry.
We are looking forward to receiving our order and hope delivery runs smoothly

It’s our second time using sofology for purchasing a new sofa. As our previous one has lasted 12years so needed to get a new one. The team at the Coventry branch are amazing, took their time to speak to us about the sofa we were interested in. The whole process was so easy. They were so helpful and friendly.

Raj and Wendy were both a credit to the store. I felt with both on different days while making up my mind. They were very friendly and informative but not overwhelming

I seen Raj on one day who was very polite and helpful,he gave me the details of the 2 seater and the 3 seater settee and foot Stool and after I left I came back and spoke to Cory about the purchase and getting mentioned about the offer available so I was very happy with that as it worked out cheaper to get the ones on offer than buying the two individually .My brother bought from yourselves so he recommended you, as I will recommended other to the company

We recently ordered a Milan sofa from Sofology Coventry and had a great experience so far.
From the moment we walked into the store, the staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and gave us plenty of time to browse without any pressure. They helped us choose the perfect option for our space, and we ended up going for the Milan sofa in a beautiful blue colour — it looks stunning in the showroom and we’re really excited to receive it.
The ordering process was smooth and well explained, with clear timelines and updates, which made everything feel easy and stress-free.

Although we’re still waiting for delivery, the experience up to this point has been excellent. Looking forward to seeing the sofa in our home soon.

Tried 3 seater leather sofa with reclining seats in store, felt great so bought it £1200. When eventually delivered nothing like store sofa apart from look. Back padding & seats had nowhere near as much as store sofa. Wouldn't buy from Sofology again.
