The store is well set out and easy to navigate with plenty of sofas on show.
Every sofa has the different material swatches that peticular sofa offers.
The staff are very helpful with no hard sell and when you need help they are very knowledgeable.
Overall very happy with the service.

Great Company to Deal with
Lovely people to deal with. Ash and Cory in Coventry and Matt in Milton Keynes were all really helpful, professional and efficient. It made it a great customer experience. Great choice of sofas and an excellent price on the clearance models I was buying. Recommend!

Positive experience overall
Easy to navigate showroom. Given plenty of time and space to browse, with an offer of assistance when needed. Mariola very helpful with product explanation and final decision making, as well as clear explanation provided during the transaction process.

Very helpful staff
On my first visit, I had plenty of time to look around and on a subsequent visit, the assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy enabling me to choose my sofa.
