Sofology - Doncaster Avis 

We were pleased with choice of sofas and the service we received especially from Tracey.

They let u take as long as u want and explain every thing to u .

The lady I spoke to at Doncaster branch was v helpful and got me a really great deal on a 4 seater sofa
It doesn’t delivered for 5 more weeks so let’s see how this goes

We wasn't rushed into anything, and was met by pleasant staff who took there time to make sure we received the best outcome for or new sofa

Pauline was really helpful and attentive, chased up issues we had with the email in her own time and got the sale over the line.

Brandon helped us to choose our sofa at the Doncaster store. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of the choosing process. Couldn’t of asked for a better experience!

I found the furniture at sofaology the right fit for my husband to get on and off due to his age and mobility. After the delivery and trying out the heated seats we went back and bought more for other rooms.

Was very easy. I had already made my choices online, then visited the store to see the one I picked in person. The website was easy to use and the staff in store very helpful

Great set up in store, easy to see, try everything and imagine in your house. Service was great, not rushed at all and buying options were so simple.

Clear info, pleasant staff, were not hurried to choose and did not feel pressurised to buy.

Shocking from start to finish.
I would never buy another sofa from them.
I ordered in store where my address was confirmed then an email sent confirmed it would be delivered to my old address. To change that was a nightmare. Nothings straight forward.
My sofa is 6 month old and is already bobbled and sinking. When I spoke to someone they told me to use a de-bobbler on a 4k sofa after 6 months and to sit on different cushions so they didn’t dip.
Seriously that’s a joke and the quality is even worse!
Also the delivery guys refused to cover there shoes, when it was raining outside and I have a pale grey carpet in my living room!

We went and had a look around the staff were very informative although there was nothing that caught our eye we went home and went on the internet and found a sofa online only.So we went home back to the store and Scott ordered it all for us very helpful.

Cannot give 0.monday 17 .8.2026.Delivery guys turned up with over £2000 in orders from Sofology Doncaster 4 items .sofa.Leather recliner.accent chair and pouffe .The sofa was sent back due to a hug3 amount of Damage The Pouffe was sent back with serious Damage never even got off the wagon.accent chair we accepted even though there was chips in the legs but can live with it.we unwrapped the leather recliner to check for Damage looked absolutely fine the delivery guys left They were totally outstanding thank you guys.My wife came home excited for our new furniture but was so disappointed to see just the 2 items then I went to show her the leather recliner which after trying out out decided not to fully work at all.3 phone calls later and still no joy sorting this out was told we will try and clean the sofa the pouffe is a rite off the sofa never even made it into our house and they having to repair it same with the recliner they offered to send someone out as they said it was probably the motor even though it was sat on once we said no thank you should not need repairing after just sitting in it once .we have been given the run around now by 3 Different people and are sitting on camping chairs the whole reason for getting this recliner with heat setting was to try and help my sciatica we were told we were ok to use them but not repaired to risk it due to maybe Sofology coming back and saying they have been used .Terrible customer support first call was the store at Doncaster to be told “Nothing to do with us sorry”.well over £2000 and NOTHING to show for it .
