Fantastic
We had a really positive experience in store. Desmond, the sales advisor, was welcoming and listened carefully to our needs. He explained clearly the features and benefits of the sofa we were looking at, and was patient when waiting for my husband and I to come to a decision.
The only issue I have is not being kept informed of the expected delivery date. It has now been 3 weeks since placing the order, but there has been no update or indication of possible date.

Modern and stylish sofa, great customer experience
Selection of sofas with add ons (heated seats and lumbar) and materials is incredible, absolutely in love with my new corner sofa. Gordon in the London Road store was excellent, helped us customise the sofa with everything we wanted. Thank you!

Very good personal service
Very good personal service from second you walk in the door. Our sales person Darragh was very knowledgeable and helpful during both our visits. The quality of the sofas are so much higher than other stores.

I had a great experience while shopping for our new sofas thanks to the outstanding help I received from Emma and Gordon.
They were knowledgeable, patient and genuinely focussed on helping me find the right sofas rather than pushing for a sale
What stood out was how friendly and attentive they were throughout the process.
I left the store feeling confident that I had chosen the perfect sofas.

I had an amazing experience at Sofology on London Road in Glasgow, thanks to Matt. He was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience, and made the whole process of choosing my new sofa exciting and enjoyable.
It’s rare to come across someone who makes buying furniture feel effortless and fun, but Matt did exactly that. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, highly recommend asking for Matt if you’re visiting this store!

Helpfull staff…
I found matt who was helping us extremely helpful, phoning other stores as we liked a reduced to clear item, very helpful in fabrics but not to the point of being pushy which we liked, also which I assumed to be the manager was also helping she came over and put our minds at ease over certain questions
