Really Friendly and understanding manner from Holly who helped us. Really helpful to our needs with clear and concise information and giving us tailored advice for the area we wanted a new sofa in. A very smooth and easy process going through the finance and insurance options. All this was done with lovely chit chat in between. Walked into the store feeling stressed about buying a new sofa and left feeling great!

Bought a new sofa from Sofology today and really looking forward to our delivery, Charlotte and the rest of the staff there were amazing and helped us find a solution that works for us.

Sofology's customer service is appalling. After delivering a poorly made chair with uneven legs, it is virtually impossible to contact anyone via the online chat service, email or telephone. We were told when it was delivered that someone would be in touch within 24 hours to rectify the problem - and that was 3 weeks ago. Not a word from them since. I am disappointed that we could receive such poor service after spending so much money. The staff in store were lovely and I fully intended to make further purchases in there in the near future, but this experience has ensured that I wouldn't consider shopping in Sofology again.
Update
Upon writing and posting this review, we were contacted by someone from Sofology who told us how sorry they were and that someone would be in touch with us within 72 hours to resolve our issue. Even allowing for the Christmas break, this is now more than a week later and we have heard nothing. We cannot get anyone to pick up the phone and the chat function on their website is still not working. This company is simply impossible to deal with and I've never experienced such appalling customer service. Even more disappointing is the fact that we have explained to them that the chair is for an 87 year old with mobility difficulties and the unresolved fault made the chair tip while he was trying to sit down on it. Even our concerns about the health and safety problems have been disregarded. We now have the enormous inconvenience of escalating this complaint further when the solution would have been so simple for them to put in place.

Friendly staff always get a warm greeting nothing is too much trouble for any of them at the Hull store 10/10 is definitely the score for this store and the company can't wait for my delivery of 2 sofas on the 8th December was so easy to change the delivery date as well to suit us. Looking forwards to our delivery

We had a lovey and kind experience from Charlotte today. She was very helpful and not over powering like other places I’ve visited. I Came with my brother for supprt and guidance as I haven’t got a clue where to start. Charlotte was very good with matching me with a sofa for my needs from the moment we walked through the doors and she was very knowledgeable with explaining in more detail my new sofas I had chosen I’m glad I chose sofology today.

We were allowed to browse without being followed around or pressured by pushy salespeople. When we had made a decision and were working through the details it was a relaxed experience and we were assisted rather than directed by the salesperson (Gary). Would definitely recommend. Also great choice of decent quality sofas.

Apart from the initial "good morning" they left us alone to browse until we needed to ask a question, and when we were ready a gentleman answered our questions and dealt with the sale. He explained everything and was a lovely man (sorry can't remember his name). We can't stand assistants hovering!
