Useless customer service and after sales procedures - avoid

Got the delivery address postcode wrong and now I have been ringing them for 14 days to try and get THEIR mistake corrected and no one has rung me and it has been escalated 6 times for it to be corrected!!! And still nothing no phone call, no email - nothing. No other option but to get my money back via my credit card company now!

Definitely the place to go

We had seen the Cove a couple of months back but weren't ready to order.
We had been in the other furniture stores but nothing compared to the Cove. We went back and was greeted by Charlotte. Warm and welcoming and really helpful with us making the final decision on colour choice and layout of the sofa. Explained all the clearly aftercare and the extras available.

We were guided on our sofaology journey by Gary today, what a superstar, polite, helpful and extremely professional and relatable, we made a substantial purchase and he was very much key to it, certainly wasn't applying any pressure and put together exactly what we needed,

Great experience

I'm not sure i can answer What the company is doing great. All I can say is the staff where very helpful and patient with us, as we had 3 visits to the store before we made our mind up ..
We measured the sofa and then went away and measured our room again, You could not fault the staff xx
