Charlotte made us welcome and at ease and explained all the different aspects of the sofa we were looking at. She also made sure we were happy with what we ordered and explained if we had any issues when we left the store to get back in touch and she would sort it out.

Ex demo stock clearance
Came into Sofology on Monday evening with my partner, was met by Gary the salesman got some great advice and guidance from Gary. came away with not only the sofa but got the footstool and swivel chair to match as well. left very happy with the service provided by Gary.

Great choice of sofas
Left to browse for a good amount of time, which is good, sometimes sales staff jump on you as soon as you walk in.
Very polite and approachable team.
