What an amazing experience. Couldn’t have asked for a better member of staff . She listened she was so helpful she was cheerful and even made us a drink . Who could ask for more

We visited your Maidstone branch and…
We visited your Maidstone branch and was greeted by a wonderful lady called Caroline. She is a credit to your store , very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. The whole experience from start to finish was fun and relaxed, can’t wait for our new sofa to arrive

We had a great experience at Sofology
We had a great experience at Sofology. They have a huge range of sofas in store. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Inuta. She had only been in the job a few days, but she made the whole experience of choosing the perfect sofa and making the purchase wonderful. Thank you Inuta.

Great Service

Fantastic customer service in the Aylesford Kent store, Nick the manager and the other staff were brilliant.

Super friendly buying experience
Went to DFS and Sofology today to look for a new sofa. It was going to be an investment as we have just moved into a new home and wanted a nice piece that lasts.
We had several requirements and the challenge was to find something comfortable for both my 6’2 partner and myself (5’4). Usually if it is comfortable for one, it’s not for the other.
We were greeted by Colin at the Maidstone store and he was very helpful and friendly and not pushy. Just very informative. He listened to our requirements and humoured us as we tried a fair few different models, steering us gently towards the sofas that had everything we were looking for.
With his help we found exactly what we were after. He explained in detail all the product features, additional optional products and finance options for us. Paperwork was easy and quick and the online registration for the account very simple to do.
Very please - in fact my in laws are going back next week to also look at a sofa.
If you’re in the Maidstone store, ask for Colin, he’ll look after you.
