The manager Nick was very helpful when choosing our sofa .Explained all aspects of the sofas we were interested in.After making our final choice he introduced us to Jamie to complete the paperwork required .Jamie explained everything including product care guarantee and finance. Overall a pleasant no hassle experience

Very Happy Customer
Caroline, who helped me with the purchase of my settee, was fantastic. She helped me with everything I wanted to know. She was extremely knowledgeable and very polite and patient. She helped organise the finance and made the experience stressless.

Friendly and welcoming
Welcomed by Emma who was also happy to let me browse alone then was available and knowledgeable when making my choices.
Emma was very friendly and helpful. She gave a lot of information and although recommended additions, there was no hard sell.
The store is clean, tidy and well spaced, a very pleasant environment.
