There was a wide range of options which…

There was a wide range of options which was great. We felt no pressure purchasing the sofa, the sales person was great.. we saw him 3 times before finally settling on a sofa and he was helpful and patient with us each time.

Leanne Made Our Visit a Delight

We had a wonderful experience at Sofology today. Leanne was amazing – she really listened to our concerns and answered all our questions with care and professionalism. My mum has mobility issues, and we had been looking for a lift and rise recliner for quite some time. Leanne took the time to understand exactly what we needed, guided us through the options, and made sure my mum was comfortable with the choice. We built a lovely rapport, and thanks to her help, we finally found and purchased the perfect chair. It was such a positive and stress-free experience – thank you, Leanne!

Do not recommend

The sales consultants in store were amazing , My issue started when I attempted to change the colour of my sofa.
I tried to call within 48 hours to amend my order but couldn’t get through. I sent an email and followed up with 2 calls.
It was almost Impossible to speak with someone direct.
I received an email saying i would have to pay 25% to change the colour which would add over £1000 to my order. This is outrageous considering the sofa has not started being made.

I will never order nor recommend sofology.

No pressure sales.

We were left to browse and not pressured into purchasing but talked through things with Happy on our own time.
