Excellent service
Andy the assistant manager could not have been more helpful. From showing how the sofa works, to explaining how to care for the leather, to explaining the insurance available and how delivery works.

Staff were knowledgeable
Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I’ve popped into store a few times over the past 6 months and it’s been positive every time. Ordering my sofa today was very straightforward and I’ve was given lots of helpful advice, thank you 🙂

Our experience in sofology has to be perfect. Our sales advisor was very helpful and very knowledgeable on the sofas we asked about and she was very pleasant and patient with us. We would definitely shop there again.

Great Products & Excellent Customer Service. Having already purchased a La-Z-Boy recliner single chair, were also looking for a three seater sofa. We had looked at all the sofa shops to try to find a suitable item and decided to buy at Sofology as the sofa was sensibly priced, felt wonderful and the service was excellent.
