This was our first time at Sofology. Found staff was very informative of the product we were interested in buying, found them to be very friendly and courteous. Would shop there again.

Excellent service

Good choice of sofas.
Staff were all very friendly, especially Steve and Martin, who were very knowledgeable and helpful.
I made the wrong choice of sofa (style) but because I spoke to them within 48 hours of the original order, changing the style was no problem - thanks, Martin.

Amazing support from Claudia – Sofology Poole

Claudia has been fantastic in helping us find the perfect sofa. We visited the store several times while deciding, and she was always patient, welcoming, and happy to guide us through the options each time. Great experience

Saw the sofa online but wanted to to see it in store and actually sit on to test comfort etc . The salesperson ( think it was Martin ) was great , not pushy but knowledgable and respectful. He allowed us to browse but then provided input and advice when needed .The only negative was the delivery cost but that’s pretty standard now .

Great salesman

Great salesman and he did everything he could for us. But was let down by company policy. We purchased a display sofa. But couldn't have it delivered until 3 weeks later. The sofa had to go to the warehouse then out for delivery. Ridiculous as we only live round the corner

For safety and logistics reasons, all items purchased in store, including display pieces, need to be transferred to your local warehouse before being scheduled for home delivery. This ensures that each product is prepared and delivered using the correct teams and equipment. Because of this process, we’re not able to deliver directly from the store, even when customers live nearby. We appreciate that this can feel inconvenient, and we’re sorry for any frustration caused. If there’s anything further we can help with regarding your order, please let us know.

Very Helpful Service

Big thanks to all the team at Sofology poole who were very pleasant and made the the buying experience good fun. Martin was very informative and easy to deal with and we look forward to our new sofas arriving in the New Year.

Really helpful staff, great choice of modern sofa's

Martin in Poole was a great help! All the staff were amazing and attentive, but Martin in particular helped us narrow down choices and try out all the tech. So much great choice at Sofology, we've ordered the Paramount recliner and couldn't be happier with the service so far. 0% finance makes it a no brainer to invest!

We are absolutely delighted with our new cinema-style sofa purchased today from Sofolgy. Claudia, the sales associate who assisted us, provided exceptional service and made the entire experience a pleasure. Her knowledge and friendly demeanor were truly appreciated.
