Yameen was so helpful in helping us…
Yameen was so helpful in helping us pick our new sofas. He was informative and understanding, not pushy and gave us plenty of time to think about our choice. He also took the time to mock up our sofa choice in our living room and helped us with sizes and colourways. Easy ordering process
Order process very easy,friendly informative staff .My order was placed by phone rather than online so that any questions were answered and resolved immediately.Just waiting for delivery now

Helpful and Friendly
The team at Sofology were very helpful and friendly, especially Ash. He tried to help us with our search and we were able to make a decision on a sofa that met our needs. We are looking forward to it arriving :)

It was a good shopping experience the location at Redbrick Mill is great we love the building, the girl who helped us Harriet was very pleasant and helpful she didn't rush us and left us alone to make our decision and made us a drink while we decided.

Visited Sofology at red brick mill Batley today. We’d actually ordered a sofa from a different store yesterday but was unsure on the colour choice . Ash was amazing ! He even got out a paint sample book with the colour of the walls in our lounge so we could compare ! Just from the wife mentioning the name of the colour. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he changed our requirements on the order. Would highly recommend a visit there if thinking of a new sofa.
