No sales pressure to purchase , Lloyd ( our salesman) was very knowledgeable, honest and made the experience.
Good quality sofas and very happy with our choice.( Not yet recieved sofa )

Storm helped us at the Rugby store to complete our purchase of our new sofa’s. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and wonderful to speak too. An absolute credit to the Sofology brand.

I love the relaxed atmosphere in the store. The staff were friendly and helpful but in no way pushy. Loved the tea and biscuits while we were doing the order. The staff also helped in leading us to the toilets and lift for my elderly mum.

Shop in a great location very clean very good selection of sofas and staff very friendly. Also a special mention to Jodie who dealt with our purchase she went above and beyond

The instore experience was okay but the post order experience is nothing short of shocking.

Placed an order, assured I had a 48hr window to make amends - problem is you can’t get hold of anyone to make amends with

Repeatedly tried to reach out on the phone and using on line chat

Still not resolved and all of a sudden they want to deliver

But I’ve not got the rider I’ve been pushing for in weeks

And guess what can’t get hold of anyone to delay delivery.

Offer of refreshments. Attention to detail of the furniture. Listened and answered questions regarding the furniture.

Justin at your Rugby branch was so lovely and the team went above and beyond, moving furniture for me to see what my purchase would truly look like. AMAZING!! Thank you!

I had a good idea what i wanted, the staff were helpful in showing me through a range of sofas to make sure I had seen all the products available which made me sure that I had. The lady I spoke to told me about the offers including 4 years interest free which I could do at home as she had set it all up for me ,making it so easy rather than sitting in the showroom doing it ,really great customer service and very lovely store well presented ,clean and cool in these hot times ,this is my second purchase from Sofology and im really pleased

staff were not pushy or hounding you as soon as you got in the shop. had time to browse in our own time even go to other shops to compare. when we were ready to make a purchase, found someone easily.
Lisa was extremely helpful, explained everything to us, extras were offered but not in a pushy way. overall good experience.

Sales man brilliant went through everything we needed to know about our purchase.. this tall black guy was an absolute star can’t remember his name never stop smiling and laughing at my dreadful jokes made us feel very comfortable no pushy sales pitch .. I do wish there were more sales men like this chap around
