The staff at Sofology in Rugby were always very welcoming and helpful in assisting my mother select her new sofa. We knew they were always there to answer our questions, but did not feel pressured by them, at any time, to make a purchase. The salesman was not pushy but there when we needed questions answered. The products were all available and drove our decision.
All in all a surprisingly comfortable decision as we had almost committed to buy a sofa from elsewhere!!
