Sofology - Speke Liverpool Avis 

We visited the store in Speke Liverpool. Rebecca Leigh was exceptionally helpful and she answered all of our questions. She provided professional support and guided us in the right direction, to make our shopping experience very straightforward.

Lovely instore experience in Speke, very informative and relaxing. No pushy sales people but always someone around for any questions.

Rebecca at Speke Sofology listened to what I wanted and directed me to the right sofa on the first attempt. This was particularly important as I have an energy limiting condition and needed to find the right one quickly.

Amy was friendly, polite and didn’t pressure us to make a decision. We were having difficulty making a decision between two suites, one from another store and the one we eventually bought. We didn’t feel pressurised to make a decision and even though we went backwards and forwards between the two shops, Amy smiled and told us to take our time.

31 December still no response to 1718252 Unfortunately, our experience has not been good. We purchased two sofas from the Liverpool store, but the colours looked completely different in the shop lighting compared with natural daylight. When the sofas were delivered, the difference was far more noticeable than expected and not what we believed we were buying.
We contacted customer services on 10 December and were told the response time was three working days. No one responded. We called again on 16 December and were told the issue would be escalated to the management team, but again there was no follow-up. We contacted them for a third time on 22 December, and so far 13 days later have received no response.
The member of staff who took our calls was polite and professional. However, the lack of communication has been frustrating. We are now left with a room we cannot use, as we do not know what will happen with the sofas.
Based on our experience, we would advise others to be cautious and to view fabrics in natural light where possible, and to be aware that they don’t resolve issues in a timely way.

Shaun and Stephen were so helpful and friendly answering all our questions and giving us lots of information about the sopha we chose would recommend in the future.

I originally put a 4* review as the team at the store were great, however the after sales experience has been HORRENDOUS. I purchased my sofa back in October to be delivered for Christmas, but received an email only 2 days ago saying it might come in time but it might not. I then spoke to someone on the phone today who has informed me that I now won’t receive my sofa until mid January. Unless you want disappointment, tears and a ruined Christmas, avoid at all costs. Once we finally receive our sofa, I will NEVER use this company again!!!!!

Really great service from Steven today. Talked us through what the sofa was made of, the colours the sizes. Even made us the a perfect cup of tea. He was fantastic. Thankyou
