I did it in store with no problem and a very helpful salesperson. The on line order system is awful and I gave up with it.

Friendly staff with no hard sell
Good choice of styles, and the Edinburgh showroom is well laid out. We got great advice from Aida, who was knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy.

Great experience
We had a great experience at Sofology in Edinburgh. Jonathan was fantastic from start to finish, really helped up understand our options, was patient, friendly and a genuine pleasure to deal with. He is a huge credit to your company. We have left happy with a comfy new sofa being delivered soon.

Highly Recommend
I'm really sorry but I cannot remember the lady's name who helped me buy my new sofa last week. I do know she was French and would highly recommend her as she was not pushy at all and very detailed with everything I needed.
