Go to Next, avoid and don’t make the same mistake as we did
This company is a rip-off merchant.
They charge you £130 for delivery which is extortion, I told the colleague it’s cheaper to hire a van and come and pick it up. She told me I can’t do that for their insurance purposes, so we had no choice but to pay the £130 for delivery of a two-seater sofa.
The sofa cost £800 so another 16.25% for delivery on top which won’t come for 11 weeks or something.
We went to Next just after and ordered a corner sofa much bigger with delivery after 7 days and only £30 for delivery!
When we got home we were so annoyed it this scam that we enquired about cancelling it after a couple of hours. No one to speak with and had an email from one of the other colleagues saying we’d have to pay them another 25%😂
Personally I will never buy from this place again and would advise anyone else to avoid it like the plague

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. Our standard £129 delivery charge covers delivery to your room of choice, setup and packaging removal. As our sofas are made to order, once an order is placed, our cancellation policy does apply, which can include a 30% charge. We appreciate this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, but these terms are provided at the point of order.

We found our experience relaxed and hassle free. The sales representative was very friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable about the sofas on show , offering useful advice. Great experience. Can't wait for our sofa to arrive.

We had a really positive experience buying our sofa. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful, and gave us some really valuable advice that helped us choose the right sofa for our home. We really appreciated their time and guidance. Excellent service!

Apologies for the delay in sending this response. My partner Kaylin and I popped into Sofology a few weeks ago. We were greeted by your colleague Jonathan. He was very friendly, helpful and polite. After a good look around the store we chose the couch we liked and Jonathan went through all the relevant information with us. Jonathan is a credit to the company.
