Delayed delivery

Ordered our sofa on 15 feb, we got given a delivery date for today 18.03.26 and was given a timeframe of 1:40-4:40. we received a call at 4:53 where the driver advised they can’t deliver as it’s outside of their driving hours? A call earlier would’ve been appreciated?

Not to mention we’ve received countless misinformation regarding the delivery times, missed call backs and that they don’t offer any compensation when it’s clear they can.

We’ve missed out on a whole day of work for this either no pay and now we have to wait another 2 weeks for an appointment which we can’t even book yet as the sofa isn’t back at the warehouse. Absolutely ridiculous, currently have no where to sit and am sitting in the floor for two week!

Relaxed shopping

Very helpful well informed staff (Shaneile) made the purchase and paperwork easy & understandable.
Coffee was good too!!

Wonderful experience

Amazing service with Kai. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable but most of all it felt like we'd dropped round to friends house for coffee. Such a personal 5 star experience.

Absolutely disgusting service! Damaged sofas!

Absolutely disgusting service!! Avoid at all costs!! Our sofas arrived today damaged with electric cables missing! Bolshy delivery men and customer services refusing to help!

We waited 12 weeks for these sofas and am bitterly disappointed with the tear in the material and no electric cable to power the console iPad.

No partial refund nothing. We paid over £3k on these sofas, worst customer service ever

Shocking company who mess up order and expect you to pay more…

Ordered sofa 30/12/2025 paid in full £3770.
Delivery 17/03/2026
Phoned up to check on delivery on 26/02/2026 to be told order given to another customer.
We would have to pay another £1000 for the sofa we ordered.
Swindon manager did not ring us back at anytime.
Got money back as very disappointed with service and attitude that it was not their responsibility to offer sofa at original paid price. Kept insisting we had to pay the £1000???

Kai helped us pick our perfect sofa for…

Kai helped us pick our perfect sofa for our first house. From the start he was helpful without being pushy in any way, he talked us through options, listened to our ideas and helped us to think about how colours and styles would work with our vision. I haven't felt so confident making a purchase in a long time. Top class customer service that is difficult to come by these days. Kai is a massive asset to Sofology Swindon and we're very glad to have purchased

We enjoyed our experience

We toured the dfs. store which looked and felt very clean and well lit. So straight away welcoming, Lots to choose from. Luckily we knew what we were looking for. At the top of the store we both saw what we were looking at. We were treated to a lot of good information from. Marta and within the hour we had bought our two seater settee and matching. armchairs.

Both visits were great

Both visits were great. Shanelle was very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. An asset to the store! We went home and measured up and returned a couple of days later where Nick answered a few more questions and we ordered! Now just waiting for the delivery, lead time gives us the opportunity to redecorate and also get rid of old sofa and recliners!

Amazing customer service!

Amazing customer service! We needed 3 sofas and Shanelle immediately got us sorted with options and ran through everything we needed to know. Genuinely such a great sales experience just can't wait to actually have the sofas now!

Friendly and helpful staff

Friendly staff, no hard sell. We were left to browse and not feel pressured.
Shanelle was very helpful answering all our concerns about the sofa fitting through the doors.
