28th Jan 2026 - We went to the Swindon store back in September last year and found our dream sofa. The two seater sofa x 2 Adler range and a footstool. When it arrived 19th December the sofa was not like the one I viewed in the showroom where there was too much padding on the left base seat. This was on both sofas. The footstool wobbled and there are leather print mark on the top of the sofa. All reported to the drivers who took photos. Heard nothing. Called on 5th Jan to get an update but know nothing about any thing. Explained everything and got a technician visit within a few weeks. The technician arrived and in his report marked everything within tolerance as it’s a hand made sofa. Therefore nothing will be done and won’t be replaced or repaired as with in tolerance. Absolute joke. Can’t do anything. Don’t buy from Sofology. £3500 spent on a product which is within tolerance and not the same as in the shop.
Update - 31st Jan - Sofology replied to comment so I emailed them. Guess what…. Nothing. Not heard anything from them.
This is a company who has loads of reviews but hide behind faults by saying that the sofa is hand made therefore within tolerance. The stitching on my foot stall isn’t even straight and out by a few cms by one end to the other end. How a company can get away with lack of customer service is staggering. Takes your money and then the doors close. 🙄

Was welcomed into the store in Swindon and offered a drink while I browsed. Had done research online and could only see a couple of four seater sofas. Sales person was interested in what I was looking for and provided some good advice which opened up the choices available to me. We took our time to look at the different options and finally made our decision. Everything was clearly explained and I come away from the store extremely happy with my choice and the service that I received.

We were greeted shortly after entering the shop to see if we needed any help with anything. At that time we were still undecided so we said not at the moment. We were then offered a coffee which was nice. After that the sales man tried to help us make our decision but was not pushy in anyway. He gave us some great information and answered any questions we had. The whole time leaving us to work things out in our head. We made our decision and Kai walked us through the whole process with ease. Hats off to Kai really great guy. Made the process enjoyable

Seeing product was ok and everything explained. However, for some unknown reason the links would not come through for me to order at first. One site would not let me login, tried accessing again and different screen appeared which allowed me through.

We went on a preliminary visit to Sofology, to start looking for a suite we need in a few months. We met sales person Shanelle, who was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We felt that, with her help and the range of sofas available, we didn't need to look any further and purchased our furniture today!

Choosing a small 2 seater sofa was made so easy when we visited Swindon show room. We were given measurements of the sofa we had chosen, which didn’t take long , to double check it would fit in our room. By the afternoon I phoned to order it and put deposit down: it took seconds. The assistant was so helpful, clear with the offers: a very good experience.
