Great service. Went into the shop a few times to look, the people were really helpful and laid back.
Decided to make my order over the phone, Suzanne was really helpful, professional but naturally friendly. She was also local which was a nice touch when speaking to a customer service line.
Now just waiting for my delivery :)

Great Customer Experience
My wife and I attended the Warrington Branch of Sofology with the intention of purchasing a 2 seater reclining sofa.
The range and choice was excellent and on requesting customer assistance the salesperson was extremely helpful on answering all are queries.
What a shame Sofology is leaving Warrington.

I was under the impression that delivery would be made within 14 days.

helpful and friendly customer service
Really helpful and friendly customer service. Leanne was amazing. She was knowledgeable, friendly and made the purchase easy. She even dealt with a customer who fell whilst we were in store but was still able to support us brilliantly despite that. Looking forward to our new sofa in 5 weeks time!
