Sarah who works in the show room guided me through the purchase over the phone . As I was confused and Sarah helped me by adding to the basket from her end as I had been in the showroom day before and she knew what I wanted .

We visited the clearance store and then went to the Sofology store in Warrington, we were served by Neil and I think it was Sarah who could not be more helpful.
Purchased a sofa which will be perfect for our conservatory.

Helpful and knowledgeable about the various Sofa options.
Explained how the Sofa's worked with foot and head rest changeable positions and child safety etc.
Clearly explained the delivery process.
The coffee wasn't bad either :0)

No hassle from the staff just a friendly welcome with some pointers. Chose our new suite within an hr credit approved and we were on our way !!! Great experience no hard sells or anything. That's why we always use Sofology !!

Plenty of choice. Wasn't chased round the store by sales people but the sales people always on hand to help. Excellent service this is my 3rd sofa from sofology
