** further to the reply received I have contacted Sofology customer services 7 times and they are not willing to help or listen. The service technician that has been out every time has been great however, this sofa still fails us and we are not even 2 years into having it **
If I could give zero stars for this company I would!
I had my sofa delivered in April 2024 which cost just short of £4000 and still to this day I am having nothing but problems! When the sofa was delivered there was chunks of white thread hanging out of the grey sofa so the first technician came out, weeks later I reported that the recliner sofa was squeaky and clunky, the second technician came to ‘fix the issue’ only to tell me ‘the sofa was not put together correctly’ since then I have had 6 further technicians visit the recliner sofa to fob me off each time with ‘there’s no problem’ ‘you need to wipe the sofas down daily with lenor fabric sheets to stop the noises’ the recliners have stopped working multiple times and again no proper resolution has been made for this as the problem still persists but in the eyes of customer services ‘the report advises it was fixed’ fast forward to the beginning of this year our other sofa which is very rarely used had snapped at the frame so again a technician has been out today where he advised me ‘it’s just come away’ so I sat and watched him hammer my sofa and staple gun it back together’ I submitted a complaint to the customer services and their response was ‘the technician has fixed it and the problem won’t happen again’ this is the seventh visit in 21 months. The quality of the furniture is absolutely dreadful and the after sale care is shocking. I spent nearly £4000 on 2 sofas which at the moment have barely lasted 2 years, what an absolute waste of money! I wish I had done my research on sofology before I purchased as if I knew how dreadful they were before I wouldn’t have even entered the store. As soon as they have your money in their pockets they really couldn’t care less about you. It’s exhausting having to have the same conversation with them every few months. Avoid at all costs!!

Great store to deal with, no high-pressure salespeople following you round the store. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with, thanks to Tim for all the help with our purchase. However, don't believe all the hype about being ready to take delivery from six weeks, and it will be supplied within ten weeks. From the point of order, we heard nothing from them. After ten weeks, we had to chase them up for a delivery date, and that's when all the absolute lack of customer care started. We were given three different dates of when it would be in stock over the next four weeks, and each time we had to chase them up to find out what was going on.
For six weeks, we were without a sofa due to false dates. It finally arrived just short of fifteen weeks from placing the order. The sofa is great, but our experience with the supply dates is very poor

Loved the way the shop was layed out with all the details, fabrics and colours there available. Came on Sunday and there was a very helpful lady telling us how everything works and gave advice on fabrics. After going to different stores we had to return a couple days later and choose a sofa from you. Again a very helpful sales assistant with a quick process of purchase. Can’t wait for our new sofas to arrive! Thankyou!

It was a great experience from start to finish. The salesperson was extremely helpful, answered all our questions, and explained our order in meticulous detail. He also had a great sense of humour, which made our shop even more pleasurable!

We’ve been looking for a new small sofa/love seat for our living room and called in. Great range of products and the staff were really friendly - not pushy, very informative, and very accommodating. Gemma in particular was great! Ended up finding a style we really liked and placed an order so we’re looking forward to receiving it once built!

I was buying 2 sofas for my granddaughter who has just bought a house. Stacey was really good at explaining everything. Delivery and all the ins and out and me buying 2 sofas as a gift for someone else, really reassuring.

Super friendly but not pushy for a sale.
Once I confirmed I wanted to purchase everything was explained perfectly and again, not pushy when I declined the “extras”. A much nicer buying experience than some other sofa stores.

Fantastic store with great staff. I went a week or so ago and spent a couple of hours choosing my new sofa, was made very welcome and even got a cup of coffee and a mince pie while I tested the sofa I had decided upon.
Later I went to the Birstall store and was a very different experience.
Today I went back to purchase the sofa, Nadine took the time to go through everything with me, had remembered many of the things I’d mentioned the few weeks previously. Offered another coffee while we did the paperwork. Great experience, very professional team and a well presented store. The team acknowledge your presence then leave you to it. Then happy to spend time with you helping you decide.

We had our current sofa from Sofology for the last 13 years and it’s been really good quality and stood the test of times. The lady that dealt with us was very good, polite and knowledgeable.
