I had the most horrendous experience with Softaken.com! As a customer, I felt utterly disrespected and taken advantage of. From the moment I visited their website, I was met with confusing navigation, broken links, and a total lack of customer support.

When I finally managed to purchase one of their products, it was an absolute nightmare to download and install. The instructions provided were ambiguous and outdated, causing me to spend countless hours trying to figure things out on my own.

To make matters worse, once installed, the software constantly crashed and failed to deliver on its promised features. It wasn't just buggy; it wreaked havoc on my entire computer system! This program is the epitome of incompetence and false advertising.

Reaching out to their so-called "customer service" only added insult to injury. I received no response for days, and when someone finally got back to me, they were unhelpful and dismissive. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to resolve the issue only made the situation worse.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Softaken.com at all costs! You will not only waste your precious time and money but also risk exposing your computer system to potential harm. There are countless other options available for more reliable products with actual customer support – don't make the same mistake I did by choosing this horrendous company!

One of the Worst Data Recovery Company in the Market. Misbehave with their own customers and they also didn't refund your money even though you don't use their product any single time. Don't buy any of their software they are completely trash. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction make them an unreliable choice for data recovery services. It is advisable to explore other reputable companies that prioritize customer support and offer reliable solutions.

I purchased the product and it did not do what it stated it would do. I asked for a refund and although they said they would give me a refund, it has been a month and they have not refunded me yet.

Softaken Software distributes Softaken Zimbra Converter for Home via Paypro Global, Inc. While there is a 30 day money back guarantee, it is virtually impossible for customers to use this guarantee. The 30 day money back guarantee on the main ordering page is not linked to extremely restrictive policies that are located elsewhere. Fortunately, Paypal.com's Resolution Center saw through their subterfuge and I was issued a $193.38 CAD refund. Do NOT purchase anything from Softaken Software, as I have found them to be shameless and manipulative charlatan shysters.

They promise a 30 days money back guarantee. Now my software is not working but I haven't got any money back. I have shown them in various ways that I meet the conditions for the refund. But they refuse to pay back.

Software to convert Mails from Outlook for MAC to Outlook for Windows did 30% and the PST File is corrupt at the end. Zero support, asking for Logfile but nothing happens. Asking after 3 weeks, just answering to send logfiles again! They take your money, deliver a half baked product, thats all you can expect.

One of the worst companies I have ever bought something from.
Their Premium software is barely any better than their free version and their refund policy is a complete joke. Their whole business model is one big scam, so I would strongly advice to stay away from this company and their OST to PST software!
