I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered 2 bras in December 2025. They were uncomfortable, ill fitting (painful seems) and poor quality. I started a return request which has been sitting on hold for 5 months without a response. Follow up emails were ignored. I am submitting a credit card dispute in hopes to get my money back. Customer service is awful and I regret my purchase. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I ordered 3 items on 3/5/26-still not received as of 4/12/26

I ordered 3 items on 3/5/26 - as of this writing, 4/12/26 I still have no product and no response. They have my money though. It's been a very long time since this has happened - I'm sorry to see how many people this has happened to as well. To those of you that write glowing reviews, I'm curious if you were gifted the product?

⭐️ 0 Stars — Terrible Customer Service and Unethical Business Practices

I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn other customers about this merchant’s complete lack of ethics and responsibility. My experience with SoftIntentions has been nothing short of unacceptable.

I first ordered a bra from them and received the wrong size. My order clearly stated size M, yet they sent size L—and took absolutely no responsibility for their mistake. Against my better judgment, I decided to give them another chance and placed a second order.

That was an even bigger disaster. The delivery instructions were simple: leave the package in front of my door. Instead, the delivery person left it on the second floor even though I live on the ninth floor, and the package was stolen. I contacted the seller multiple times and was completely ignored. Weeks later, they finally responded with the excuse that they were “busy,” only to tell me that the issue wasn’t their responsibility and that I should take it up with the delivery company.

This item cost $49. I am now out $49 with no product, and the seller refuses to help in any way. They take your money and then wash their hands of any accountability. Disgusting customer service.

A responsible business would support their customers, especially when they choose to work with unreliable delivery partners. Instead, SoftIntentions pushes the burden onto the customer and offers zero assistance. They clearly need serious training in customer service and business management.

Shame on you, SoftIntentions. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Awful bras and refuse to allow a return and refund

Ordered two bras. Completely unsupportive so within a day of recieving them I asked for a return label and to return them in their original packaging.
Customer service have refused to send a return label. Bras cost over £20 and they have offered a £3 refund.
Do not buy! Will have to try a card chargeback.

DO NOT PURCHASE THESE BRAS OR ANYTHING…

DO NOT PURCHASE THESE BRAS OR ANYTHING ELSE THEY SELL. I ordered 3 jelly bras and they don't fit at all, and they DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS.
They offered me $6 for my $60 order and just find someone to give the bras too, they said.

Horrible Customer Service 1/14/2026

Purchased two Bra's 1/14/2026, one fit the other did not. Per return policy, if NOT WORN and tags are still attached you can return them. After several emails with no response, I decided to leave zero stars, unfortunately I had to give 1-star to be able to leave a review! Horrible customer service, did not stand by there return policy promise! Will never order again!

Buyer beware - not as good as advertised.

I ordered two bras on a special advertisement. One bra fit reasonably well the other not at all even though they were the same size. I notified the company and they offered to send another and I could gift the other one. They asked for 11.00 dollars more for shipping purposes which I agreed to and I have not received the replacement and they are not replying to my emails. At first they responded promptly but now I am being ghosted. I am not crazy about the bras - the ‘good’ one has to be wash after each wear because it tends to stretch and flip up over the girls the next time I wear it. I say buyer beware - reviews are important to read. And this was no special deal at all. This has been going on since Dec. 2025

An Aussie Opinion!

I am amazed by all the reviews from disappointed US shoppers!
I was finally sufficiently annoyed by underwire bras that I ordered three Soft Intention bras just before Christmas 2025. They arrived in reasonable time, considering the time of year, and all was as expected.
The bras are very comfortable to wear although I admit that humid weather makes them less than ideal. We’ve had too much humid weather in eastern Australia this summer, so I was forced to find some cotton alternatives for those occasions. But back in the SI bras again now and very happy about that.

Ordered JANUARY 30. Still NOTHING MARCH3

Ordered JANUARY 30, 2026. Today is MARCH 3 And i still have yet to receive my order. This is my 3rd time ordering and by far the worst experience. They claimed to be on holiday until February 26 to which they started responding the next day claiming to rush my delivery since they LOST my order.. they do not have to worry about me being a customer ever again.

Paying for THEIR mistake

I ordered the pink and they sent a nude. I wanted the pink because i already have a nude bra. They responded that i had to pay return shipping AND a restocking fee. I was only going to get back a fraction of what i paid- for THEIR mistake! Now they’ve stopped responding and I am going to file a charge dispute with my credit card. Do NOT buy from this company!!

I never received my order but my card was charged

I never received an email confirmation from the order that I placed with Soft Intentions, my card was charged and I never received my order. I emailed them twice demanding my card be refunded, as the phone number listed on their website doesnt work. So far I have had no response from the company.

I ordered 2 bras on 2/14/2026. Checked order status and order confirmed and credit card charged. It has not shipped and no response to inquiries.

I ordered a bra on February 12

I ordered a bra on February 12, 2026 and they withdrew the money on the same day. I haven’t received the order and they aren’t responding to any of my attempts to contact them. I would not recommend this company.

They never respond to return requests

I have placed two orders with Soft Intention - 4 bras in the first order and 3 bras in the second order. I got the bras and I liked them. However, some of them didn't fit and I requested a return. You have to submit a return request on their website within 14 days and then they're supposed to get back to you with how to return. They never sent anything, so I followed up by email. First they said they were on winter break and would get back to me. They never did, even after two more emails. So in effect you can't do any returns. Only buy if you don't care about being able to return items that don't fit or that you don't like. It's basically final sale. I wouldn't buy again after this experience.

This Company is a Scam/No refund

I ordered this bra and when it came it was too small despite following measurement suggestions. I wear a D and ordered a 2X and does not cover. I requested a refund several times and heard back once that they would get back to me with a refund. I have never heard from them again…This company is a scam, buyer beware!!

Scam of a company

Orders 2 bras, a month later I got them but one was the wrong item. I emailed and their response was we will get back to you with a solution. I kept emailing they sent me a label to send the wrong item back and that they would send me the correct bra I ordered and PAID for. Another month later, I never received the correct bra and they stopped replying to my emails. Funny cause now I can't claim it as credit card fraud because it's been past 60 days..
DON'T SUPPORT THEIR BUSINESS AND GET SCAMMED OUT OF MONEY TOO.

Don’t purchase

This company’s return policy is terrible. The shipping took so long and the tracking shows up on a sketchy looking website - I thought I’d been scammed.
Additionally, the fabric is soft and comfortable, but the arm hole is odd because it rubs on my armpits so badly that I can hardly stand wearing this all day.
I also went to leave a review on their website and it was deleted because it wasn’t 5 Star. Not ethical at all.

Beware! Poor quality and customer servicr

First of all, the quality of their bras are poor. The part where the hook and eyes of the bra looks like they were just glued in or some sort of iron-on adhesive. After the 1st wash, that part had come off. I had to sew it together myself or the bra would have been useless.
Second was the customer service. They reply but took forever to send the order. Upon receiving my order, I only received 2 out of the 5 bras purchased. Emailed them and they were apologetic and were going to send the missing items. 4 weeks has passed and nothing. Not even an email for any tracking update. So I emailed them that I was going to get my bank to process a refund if they dont send the items within 3 working days. Crickets. Ghosted. Beware! Dont buy!

Best bra ever!

These bras are so soft and comfortable! I only ordered a few because of the bad reviews but after I received them I ordered 6 more and will be getting rid of all my other bras. Yes the shipping takes a while but it’s worth the wait! Their customer service was excellent when I needed to contact them about a tracking number. I was able to track the order through different carriers to final delivery with Canada post.
Now to the bras….the size guide on their website is spot on if you follow the measuring instructions. Their sizes aren’t standard to Canada. I had to order a 3X even though I wear XL when I buy local. There was no weird smell when I received them but I washed them before wearing as I always do. I hand washed and placed them to dry on my drying rack. After a few wears I decided to try one in the washer on gentle cycle. They were perfectly fine. The padding barely even moved even though it is removable. I don’t want to ruin them so I won’t be putting them in the dryer. They are the best bras I have ever worn. They are so soft that you don’t even feel like you are wearing one!

I wouldn't order from this company

I came to read reviews on this company because I am having issues with my order. First they sent the wrong size bras and wrong colors.....but they responded to my email about it and sent me a return label and said they would ship the correct order right away. (Bur have no tracking number) Then I tracked the thing that was sent separately and said it was delivered, it went to a totally different state....
Now I am being ghosted. I've sent replies on the email thread that I got my return label sent to with no response. I've also sent recent messages on various different outlets like my shopify app and contact info they have linked on shopify. They didn't even answer the customer service phone.
Not sure what to think...but I'm about to report it to my bank as fraud if they don't reimburse me soon.
