LIARS stealing taobao products from chinese sellers and pretending it's theirs !!!!!!
(I wrote this review previously under JamGarden, as they rebranded to SoftJam Studio in 2025. I'm putting it here too under the new brand name.)
on their website and instagram they frequently post their "original design" products and shoes, but !!!! they are lying !! a simple image search using the photos on their website tells you that the products they're selling are all taken from taobao chinese sellers and REBRANDED as their own products. they are just a lying dropshipper (a seller who buys their goods from a third party and delivers them from the third party directly to the customer). save yourself money and buy the shoes that you like directly from the ORIGINAL taobao sellers by simply image searching the pictures on their website to find the taobao link.
I've heard they also are really bad with service and some people reportedly don't receive their order/get it late.
Additionally, they've been recently posting about a new preorder "original design" (the ballet fang heels), and they shamelessly scrubbed the logo of the actual brand (dolly bae on taobao) and slapped theirs onto the pictures. I suspect they used ai to enhance and add a background to one of the pictures on their website.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They probably rebranded themselves with no public announcement at all to escape hate and pretend to be completely new.
