I have ordered many things from this company and have always had excellent customer service. Last year when California was having all those wildfires, I emailed them to see what the holdup was about and they told me they were in the area where the fires were, they were trying to make sure that their staff wasn't in harms way and shipping would take a bit longer. Fine, I applaud them for thinking about the welfare of their employees since most companies could care less. Yes my item arrived late but it arrived. It also arrived with a note about why the holdup along with a coupon for $25 off my next order. I have yet to use that coupon but have since purchased 3 more sweatshirts and 2 joggers. Those items were shipped out in a timely manner and received within a week of placing my order. Matter of fact I have an order I placed on Sunday and they shipped it out my item on Tuesday and emailed me with tracking info. Their hoodies and joggers do run small, at least I feel they do. The quality is superb, if it wasn't I wouldn't have as many of their hoodies and joggers as I do. They wash up nicely and have held up nicely also. Just to let you know, I am very rough on my clothing and the joggers and hoodies still look as fantastic as the day I first got them. I will continue to buy their hoodies because they are super soft and oh so comfy. I've worn them to bed as pajamas, that's how comfy they are. Softserve makes the type of clothing you want to put on and never take off, no lie. I feel bad for the people that had bad experiences with this company because mine have been nothing but positive.

These hoodies are a total scam. They are literally THE softest things in the world. I thought it was worth the $50 until I washed it and it immediately pilled like typical hoodies and the softness went from 10 to -10. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because my first hoodie was washed once and ended up with a hole and rip in it and they immediately sent me a replacement. So basically, I now have two of these for $50. I wear them because they don’t shrink and are comfortable, but the softness is the reason everyone purchases them and to lose that immediately is pretty disappointing. Don’t bother buying one.

Just a warning - there are no free returns....very disappointing and I usually check that out but, honestly, with the cost of these joggers, sort of assumed returns would be free.

I ordered a limited hoodie, it got lost in transit. For my troubles, I was promised another of the regular colours (worth much less than I paid for the special hoodie) and a complementary one. Didn’t get to choose the colours, AND the complementary one never showed up and their customer service was treating me super rude and insinuating that I received all the hoodies and was just trying to scam them. Paid over $100 with extra shipping fees to only receive ONE out of the three hoodies I was promised. Screw this company and screw their customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible company, mediocre products. Their sweatshirts are $10 quality - not $90 quality and nothing special as far as softness. Worse is their customer service. I ordered in early November. Nothing by mid December so I emailed them requesting they cancel my order and refund my $. Immediately I get a shipping notification. I respond that I can see the shipping label is in a 'Manifest' status (label printed, not actually shipped) and request again that they cancel and refund my order. Next day it ships. Arrives and we feel of the products and can tell they are mediocre. I was able to return them (had to pay return shipping) and received a refund after many emails following up with them every day once they had received the return. I feel lucky to only have lost the return shipping $. Run, run, run from this company!

I’ve ordered a few times now, and I’ve been really happy every time. No issues besides a little bit of lint when I take the hoodies out of the bag the first time.

I like the fun colors that come out periodically, and they run sales all the time.

They’re really comfortable and cozy - essentially an inside out sweatshirt, which I knew because the photos on the site are extremely accurate. Will definitely buy more.

I have had 3 orders with them. They are overpriced, for sure but I do found the sweatshirts very soft. Cashmere is definitely softer but that's cashmere. My first order did not fit and the company allowed for a refund. I ordered the mystery packs and enjoyed the colors. I wouldn't buy there tye dye otherwise but received some. So far I have a good experience.

The order took 6 weeks to arrive, then I had to pay duty. Prior to the order arriving, I emailed them 3 times, and never did receive a response
One of the hoodies had a clearly visible tear at the waistband.
I finally received a return address, to ship my order back (at my expense!)
Terrible product! Terrible service!

Don't bother! It took 3 months to get my hoodie and when I did receive it there was a tear in it. Thankfully this made it easy to return and after several emails I finally received my refund. The quality is terrible: cheap, thin material with a zipper that barely worked. Don't waste your money or time on this company. Wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered.

Crooked. Try to get a refund even with return tracking confirmation. Then file a credit card disputed item. These people have no intention of issuing legitimate credit and anyone posting otherwise here probably is on their payroll

Need option for zero stars!! TERRIBLE company! Only way to get money back was to file complaint with credit card. TERRIBLE at responding to emails, make returns as difficult as possible. Zero communication about order. And then the clothes are cheap crap. Do not buy.

I received my package two weeks after placing an order. Considering that I don't live in the US, I have no complaint about the shipment. However, the quality is very questionable. I can't get rid of lint even after washing it twice, and the tag came off. If I am paying $65, I expect the quality to be better than this.

I ordered my hoodie and was told it would arrive before Christmas. It took over a month to arrive which is surprising considering I'm in Canada and it shipped from LA. The fabric is pretty cheap and nasty and I'm upset that I paid 70$ for it. The inside fabric is also different than the outside. (To their credit the hoodie does look the same as on the website.) This company seems to have jumped on the "let's make ridiculously overpriced loungewear" bandwagon without regard for the quality of the product. It seems like it was made in some Chinese sweat-shop even though they say it was made in the US. (They should've priced it at 15$ tops if I'm being honest.) I contacted customer service because the tracking number they gave me stopped working and had to wait a while for them to respond and give me a new one. They were respectful, but they did not respond within the 1-2 business days time limit they said they would. I absolutely would not order from this company again. My experience was better than most of the other reviewers on this website, but after seeing how others have been treated and the fact that they've turned off Instagram comments on EVERY post so that people can't say they're a scam to potential new customers is suspicious. Buyer Beware!

Never, ever go near this website. Merchandise is subpar and customer service is a joke. My order went to the dead mail center and cannot be retrieved. Spent 2 hours trying to deal with it and gave up. Buyer Beware.

Quality American-made hoodie, made from American Cotton. Not sure why this company has so many negative reviews? I'm guessing they messed up things over Christmas. Shipping is great now and the product is quality and soft.

I like the product but need to make exchange and can't contact them on their website. Just keeps sending me to frequently ask questions.

After 4 and half months of trying to get two hoodies from this company only to have them send them after I cancelled them (which I returned without opening) and multiple emails trying to correct this situation, they have now charged me twice instead of giving me a refund. I literally have 30+ emails to this company. Now I want a $220 refund!!

I wish I'd read reviews before I asked for these for xmas. Absolutely garbage. Ordered a 2x in hoodie and joggers thinking I like a loose fit... the hoodie was decent, not amazing quality but absolutely enormous. The same size joggers were so tight they couldn't be worn. The fabric on the joggers was different than the hoodie and the Seams were badly sewn, none of the seams were lined up properly. The seams along the butt is totally crooked and doesn't line up with the waistband. I contacted the company for a return or replacement for the joggers (xmas gift). 3 weeks later they responded w/ "well those probably aren't in stock, pay to ship them back and you can pick out a different color and size"... Ummm no. $45 joggers that you want me to pay to return when they're literally not even sewn together correctly? Trash company. Do not purchase their products. The clothing is worth half that and nicer pieces can be bought at Walmart. This company is a scam.

Yeah - don’t buy from this company. Also my unisex size small hoodie was equivalent to a men’s large and small unisex joggers equivalent to a child’s size. It doesn’t even make sense. Cheap materials, POOR sewing (loose strings everywhere) and from what I understand no returns or exchanges if you open the package. Customer service takes forever. 1.3 rating on BBB and now I know why. Just save your $100. Go to Marshalls and spend $20, the quality will undoubtedly be superior.
