bought an office 365 licence from them to renew my existing account , what they sent is a pre-made account which i'm unable to use to access my expired account after messaging and emailing them countless times i've still not got a response !!!!!!!!! very very poor customer service !!!!!!!

Ordered windows office 365 via WOWCHER, redeemed on day 1 been trying to contact software-distribution on both emails that wowcher list for them 7 days later still waiting for the licence. No communication from the company and no replies to emails.- rasied with wowcher who are also just as silent, and looking from the reviews im not the only one in jan, yet wowcher say its been ordered 700 times and in high demand, i hope they get better luck.

Have ordered two products so far and have had good experience with both: Microsoft Visio and Adobe Master Collection 2024.
I had an issue installing the Acrobat Pro component within the latter but they were very responsive (helping me on a Sunday evening) and it was quickly resolved.

Ordered Microsoft Office 365: from Wowcher. It's now over a week and I've received nothing. I've complained to Wowcher who keep telling me to await the merchants response. It seems highly unlikely they'll do that. This is a scam, and Wowcher are as much to blame for allowing these scammers to operate on their platform. I just want my money back. These guys sell you illegal software or keys, your software wont last long before it flags up, then they dont answer you.

I recieved nothing but help and excellent service from Software distribution. I had a number of queries which needed help to resolving. On every occassion I recieved a quick response and helpful guidance.

Al meerdere malen licenties aangeschaft, zeer goede prijzen en uitstekende service. Een enkele kjeer probleempje met de licentie gehad, wordt zeer netjes opgelost met duidelijke instructie. Aanrader!

Ordered Sketchup Pro through this company via Wowcher. They are total scammers... saying they were delays, then not answering emails, then saying it had been delivered. Seems like many others have had the same problem. Total criminals. Should have known better but got sucked in via the Wowcher brand.

Ik had twee jaar geleden een levenslange licentie voor MS office 2019 aangeschaft. Heb inmiddels een nieuwe laptop en wilde het product installeren op mijn nieuwe laptop. Had daarbij problemen dat de licentiecode door MS niet geaccepteerd werd. Een mailtje naar software distribution en ik kreeg direct een gratis code voor office 2021. Top service!

Ik heb de adobe master collectie besteld, kreeg de software dezelfde dag nog aangeleverd. De support is goed, snel antwoord op de vragen. Aanrader!

Ik had problemen met in 2021 aangeschaft Adobe Acrobat DC met een eenmalige licentie. Dit probleem is door Software Distribution op een snelle en vakkundige wijze opgelost. Hulde hiervoor.

Every week for 5 weeks they promised to deliver sketch up on my wowcher voucher or give me a refund, culminating in a statement from them that they had given a refund. Checked with Wowcher and no such refund had been given - What a waste of time. Wowcher themselves then gave me a refund.

I have just received my guide and instructions from Software Distribution and all I can say is how simple they were. Very helpful and the price I have paid is beyond my expectations. I will certainly be dealing with them in the future. Highly recommend the company.
Before I retired I worked in Publishing producing thousand-page catalogs in different languages and using Adobe Creative Suite. I got used to using it and I know it is overkill for personal use I would never contemplate buying or subscribing to Adobe software as it is far too expensive for everyday use but buying through Software Distribution was too good an opportunity to miss at the price.

I bought sketchup pro on mid december and still havent recieved anything. everytime i contact them im promised its coming, no time etc. Requested a refund as they clearly dont have what they are selling in the first place. Lets hope it easier to get a refund than the software.
