I believe you are referring to the delay in receiving the NCFE qualification. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused. As mentioned, NCFE experienced an internal issue which affected the issuing of certificates across the country. This was resolved in mid-March, and I can see that you have now received your qualification.
If you are referring to a different matter, please feel free to call our office and we will be happy to look into your enquiry as soon as possible.

I really like these courses
I really like these courses, my tutor is very helpful and kind, giving me hints and supporting me. His lessons are very interactive and I absolutely love them.

Today
Today, our 7-year-old had his introductory session with Tom. He absolutely loved it and rated the session 10/10. Tom is a natural and taught our son the fundamentals of coding with engagement, patience, and fun.

My son had his first tutorial with…
My son had his first tutorial with Software Academy yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. He was genuinely excited afterwards and spoke very positively about the session.
Damion was professional, engaging, and supportive throughout. His approach immediately put my son at ease and sparked a real enthusiasm for learning.
We are very keen to sign up. However, I realised afterwards that I forgot to ask a few practical questions. I will look into these details before completing the registration.
Overall, a very positive first experience.

AMAZING PROGRAMME
We attended the free session, and my daughter absolutely loved it. The teacher is very knowledgeable and well prepared. The programme is informative, fun, and explores a variety of different techniques. Taster session with Joshua George
Today I had a session with Joshua George for my younger brother. I was expecting a group webinar but to my surprise it was a interactive one to one session. Unfortunately we didn't have a laptop but Joshua improvised and clearly explained some basics through his screen share. He was competent and polite. He even went overtime and was really supportive.
My brother was really engaged which is surprising as he's really active and gets easily distracted. But he seems to really be interested in coding and games and Joshua handled it well.

Ben Andrew did an excellent job…
Ben Andrew did an excellent job teaching Takdeer during the trial session. He explained everything in a way that was engaging and easy to understand, especially for a 10-year-old. What really stood out was how he made the topic genuinely interesting and enjoyable. That takes real skill, and he handled it impeccably. We were very impressed.
