Beware of these crooked bastards. When you buy a product from them, they apparently sign you up in a revolving membership that they failed to mention when you purchase their product. If you have purchased any product from this company, keep an eye on your credit card account. You will find a $20 charge, charged for revolving membership.

I bought 2025 Turbo Tax Deluxe for download. Nothing arrived for a few days until I called them. Then the download arrived. I tried to use the download but was told the software vesion did not work on Windows 10. Their website ad did not warn me about needing a better version of Windows. I called them multiple times to get a refund but never was I able to reach them. I left several messages but they never called me back. I've given up on the refund and want to now warn others to not use this business.

I was unable to submit my taxes because the license key they had provided was not unique. I had to pay intuit an additional $104 to install real turbotax and file my taxes. I have filed a complaint with SoftwareDiscountUSA and asked for a refund.

WARNING: DECEPTIVE BILLING & FRAUDULENT SUBSCRIPTION SCAM - STAY AWAY!!!

This company is running a sophisticated billing scam. I purchased TurboTax in October 2025, assuming it was a one-time transaction. Little did I know, they immediately began hitting my credit card with a hidden $19.99 monthly fee using a cryptic billing descriptor designed to look like a different, legitimate charge.

I didn't realize I was being robbed monthly until I went to file my taxes and saw the cumulative damage. Here is why you should never give them your card info:

Invalid Product: The license keys they sell are unauthorized and DO NOT WORK. You are paying for a paperweight.

Deceptive Descriptors: They intentionally hide their charges on your bank statement so you won't notice the recurring theft.

Ignoring Cancellations: Even after explicitly demanding a cancellation and refund, they charged my account AGAIN today. They are banking on you not checking your statements closely. This isn't a business; it’s a parasite. I have reported them to Intuit Security, the FTC, and am working with my bank’s fraud department to recover every cent they stole since October.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE WITH YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION.

I bought a Tubotax software from SoftwareSiscountUSA and paid $140. When I tried to file my return, I found out my license was canceled. So I was not able to file. I had to buy another Tubotax software.

Would give negative stars, if I could. Ordered the Turbo Tax 2025 Delux software, paid for it, downloaded it - and never received the license key to activate it. When I emailed them, they just sent me another email to set up an account, not the license key. When I finally got a hold of a live person, it sounded like he was walking outside (I could hear the wind), and he told me they are waiting on more license keys, I should get mine within a day. It's now 4 days later. Total scam. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and will get credit back. I got lured by the low price. Stick with official TurboTax resellers.

I just bought turbotax because they claim they give a 15% discount. When I tried to get the software code (about 16 digits), they say they may be busy, so call. There is no phone number. Other reports say they are scam. Do not buy from this company. I am reporting them as fraud and pushing a fraud claim through my bank

Worst yet. I ordered Antivirus. Took a week to process. They finally notified it was ready and to open instructions. There were no instructions. I tried to contact the company several times. They make it difficult. The one time I did send to customer non service 10 days ago. NO REPLY.
Get lots of emails from a clown named David to rate the company, No stars can be filled in. I return email but it is bogus.

Made a one-time purchase of Microsoft office. On the the exact date of the following month, they erroneously charged me $19.99. I tried to call and no answer. Straight to American Express to dispute the charge and block any future charges. I will never purchase anything ever again from these clowns.

The product I ordered was never received. The 4 emails I sent them were ignored. And the phone call to them was an answering machine with the mailbox full. I then was billed the next month for some kind of unauthorized subscription. Total fraud.
Stay way from this unless you like to spend time calling your credit card issuer to report fraud and block them. Looking at reviews, they may not scam everyone. They scam enough people to make extra money.

I bought the turbo tax download, never got it, many emails later they said they were getting more product. A week later nothing, they do not respond. its a scam
